Amica Serviced Apartments

I stayed 2 nights for a business trip. It was way beyond my expectations. The room is nicely arranged and very clean, kitchen and bathroom are new with quality facilities. Wifi is speed. On top of it, my room was attended daily, which is unusual for lots of so call “service appointment”. Overall I am very satisfied and will stay again if I come to Orange again.

Well equipped kitchen . Smart TV Comfortable bed. Located within an easy walk or few minutes drive of shops and cafes. Only negative (not their fault) is the bright green LED on the smoke detector above the bed flashes every 5 seconds which is tricky for someone with insomnia.

Jan 2025. The new apartment was a great bonus. Its location is highly convenient, being close enough to town for a short travel time while still far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of the town center. The apartment was fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay and was extremely clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. However, there were a few downsides, specifically with the room we stayed in. Our room, located on the first floor and facing the main road, had an enclosed balcony. This made the space feel slightly claustrophobic as there was barely any natural light coming in. Without a watch, it was difficult to tell the time of day, which felt a bit disorienting. Additionally, during our stay, which coincided with a rainy week, we noticed a persistent issue with water dripping. It appeared to be either a leak in the balcony roof or water dripping from the AC unit of the apartment above. The constant sound of dripping water throughout the night made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, despite these minor issues, we had a decent trip and would still recommend Amica Serviced Apartments as a great place to stay. However, we suggest avoiding rooms with enclosed balconies if natural light and peace are important to you.

Check in was quick and easy. My room was clean and spacious enough for one and would be fine for two people. The kitchenette was quite well stocked for those who want to prepare a simple meal. Although my room faced the street, I didn't hear any traffic noise at all. Options for television viewing were numerous. Amica Serviced Apartments are within walking distance of a well-known Orange cafe as well as a few restaurants which also open for that early morning coffee and breakfast.

Absolutely beautifully set out apartments! We Loved our night here, and in the comfiest of beds. The bathroom was perfectly put together, with a nice spacious shower a washer and dryer behind the door. Clean as a whistle and I’d definitely stay here again.

I love they have a selection of pillows and for me there is always a Goldilocks one that's just right. The staff are great...even a little computer glitch and access issue due to it didn't faze them, with the quickest of return calls and a helpful solution all was sorted.
