Great hotel, perfect location, friendly staff!

Good hotel to stay at. We were near a lot of stores. If you want to save some money, this is a good spot to stay at in Orlando.

For a meeting abroad, the venue was at the Hyatt Hotel in the Convention and Exhibition Center. Because the reservation was late and there were no rooms there, I had to book around. I finally chose this one. It was during the meeting and the price was not cheap. Foreign hotels generally have relatively simple facilities. This hotel should not be considered a star, but overall it is clean and comfortable. It's okay to live alone. Like Ctrip's service, an episode appeared in the middle. Ctrip has been actively following up and finally helped to solve it.

The breakfast is very rich, with oatmeal, omelettes, waffles and orange juice, fruit with pineapple cantaloupe banana oranges and apples, which is basically suitable for Chinese stomach! There is a small swimming pool, free parking, and it is very convenient to go to Disneyland.

Loved the view service at front desk were super nice and politely. I liked it so much I had to stay an extra night, even tho I knew my pockets said no but My heart said Yes. It was worth it. You have to experience it yourself and you will see......Thank you all for the wonderful service that made me feel for 2 nights like I was a Millionaire and that was just with good kindness heart. This resort is absolutely amazing from the staff to the amenities. I felt very comfortable here as a first-time solo traveler. I received daily text messages from staff checking in on me which I appreciated so much. I loved it there. Definitely my go to hotel for each time I visit Orlando!

Experience was excellent, customer service was amazing. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Had a fridge, 2 burner stove top, and dishwasher. Pool area looked very nice, we didn’t get a chance to check it out on this visit. There is a Starbucks in the parking lot and a few other food establishments. Complimentary breakfast was great. Close to SeaWorld, Aquatica, And Discovery Cove. Other attractions were within 10-15 min drive. We will definitely look at this place for future stays. Wish we found it sooner!
