"This hotel is still under transformation. A bit inconvenience caused. One day, I left out the hotel room around noon. I found my room had NOT been cleaned after l returned the hotel room at night. I called the front desk and learned that I should call the housekeeping before l went out. This was the first time I encountered such an unpleasant experience. The housekeeping SHOULD keep track of their duty list to clean the room. It’s not guests’ responsibility to report we left the room instead! I did leave my feedback to the hotel and hope they could improve their customer service."

"The property was very clean and recently renovated. Very pleasant room. The check in staff were lovely. It is a very good mid-level hotel. Not a luxury experience, but that’s not what we were expecting, but surprisingly nice accommodations. My wish list includes a renovation to the pool and hot tub area and a shuttle to the park entrance. It’s only about a 25 minute walk but at the end of a long day in the park, a ride would really be appreciated…"

"The hotel is only 8 minutes away from South Coast Plaza, which is convenient for shopping. Although the hotel looks a bit old, the rooms and other hotel facilities have been renovated, and the rooms look particularly new, which is highly praised. "The location is good, however, the hotel is located the intersection and nearby the freeway. It’s really noisy and also these few nights, I heard the police cars sirens few times at midnight EVERY night when I stayed. I really cannot sleep well."

"The motels in foreign movies are not very soundproofed, and the sound from the next room can be heard clearly. However, unfortunately, this place is 100% non-smoking, so it does not feel that safe to live there."

"I chose Holiday Inn Express all the way. The quality is guaranteed and the breakfast is free. However, I am the first one who asked me to sign the bill and pay the tip when I had the free breakfast. Of course, you can choose not to pay because there are only a few items in the breakfast and there is no service."
