"This hotel is still under transformation. A bit inconvenience caused.
One day, I left out the hotel room around noon. I found my room had NOT been cleaned after l returned the hotel room at night. I called the front desk and learned that I should call the housekeeping before l went out. This was the first time I encountered such an unpleasant experience. The housekeeping SHOULD keep track of their duty list to clean the room. It’s not guests’ responsibility to report we left the room instead!
I did leave my feedback to the hotel and hope they could improve their customer service."
"The property was very clean and recently renovated. Very pleasant room. The check in staff were lovely. It is a very good mid-level hotel. Not a luxury experience, but that’s not what we were expecting, but surprisingly nice accommodations.
My wish list includes a renovation to the pool and hot tub area and a shuttle to the park entrance. It’s only about a 25 minute walk but at the end of a long day in the park, a ride would really be appreciated…"
"The hotel is only 8 minutes away from South Coast Plaza, which is convenient for shopping. Although the hotel looks a bit old, the rooms and other hotel facilities have been renovated, and the rooms look particularly new, which is highly praised. Except that the air conditioner is an old-fashioned ground air conditioner that is a bit noisy, the price-performance ratio is still very high."
"The location is good, however, the hotel is located the intersection and nearby the freeway. It’s really noisy and also these few nights, I heard the police cars sirens few times at midnight EVERY night when I stayed. I really cannot sleep well."
"The motels in foreign movies are not very soundproofed, and the sound from the next room can be heard clearly. However, unfortunately, this place is 100% non-smoking, so it does not feel that safe to live there."
"Come to the exhibition, the most important thing is to be safe and clean, don't expect others, especially public transportation and...Hotel breakfast, can eat well"
"The room is relatively small, but the cleanliness is quite good. The surrounding environment is OK, there are no homeless people or anything, after all, it is near Irvine"
"The location is convenient, shopping and eating are very close, the room is clean and tidy, and the service staff are warm and thoughtful. I will choose this hotel again next time. It was a very good experience"
"I chose Holiday Inn Express all the way. The quality is guaranteed and the breakfast is free. However, I am the first one who asked me to sign the bill and pay the tip when I had the free breakfast. Of course, you can choose not to pay because there are only a few items in the breakfast and there is no service."

Very Good
GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!
MMaxwell1492This location is a bit far from the airport but is close to Disneyland. Just a few hundred feet away is the highway, making it very convenient to travel anywhere in Los Angeles County. If you enjoy a variety of foods, you’ll find some amazing diners across the road.
OOTAVOUCHERSI recently stayed at the Anaheim Marriott Suites in a two double beds suite, and it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and efficient.
The suite itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing plenty of room for my family. The two double beds were comfortable and provided a restful night’s sleep after our long days at the nearby parks. The living area was a nice touch, featuring a couch and a small dining table, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy some meals together.
One of the highlights of our stay was the convenience of the hotel’s location. It was just a short drive to Disneyland and other attractions, making it perfect for our family trip. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to Disneyland, which was very helpful.
The complimentary breakfast was another plus. There was a good selection of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon. The dining area was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to enjoy our meals.
The amenities at the hotel were also impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped, and we appreciated having access to a heated outdoor pool, which was a great way to unwind after busy days.
Overall, my stay at Anaheim Marriott Suites was fantastic. The combination of comfortable accommodations, friendly service, and great location made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone visiting the Anaheim area!
AAngie.chanThe room was spacious and close to Disneyland, so I recommend it. However, the room had a unique smell. I forgot to breathe for a moment when I opened the door.
LLaurent ZhengTransition hotel, very recommended, the price is too high.
5 minutes drive from the airport, inform the flight in advance, 11 o'clock to pick up the plane on time, very convenient. Hotel room facilities are basically the same as domestic home, very clean, no disposable toothbrush, remember to bring your own. Breakfast is very good, the top floor infinity pool is also very good, think about 200/yuan one night hotel, domestic should not find such a supporting facilities, suitable for the first day and the last day of transition, close your eyes
HHigbyThe security guard was very rude! He was hassling us as we were loading our car with our belongings. We had a long trip ahead of us so we had to organize our stuff in the car, which would have taken us about 20 mins AT THE MOST. With him constantly harassing us about taking too much time and us having to stop what we’re doing to speak with him it ended up taking us an hour to do the task. We also were traveling with my emotional support animal whom just had babies (2 kittens) and so they were in the car in a cage and he even started yelling while my husband was cleaning out the litter box which terrified our pets!! It’s crazy how unprofessional this man was.
On the other hand, the room itself was nice! I loved the layout, how there is a sliding door that separates the front half which is the bed, tv, and bathroom area. And then the back half has a sofa ( that can be pulled out into a bed) and a sofa chair, coffee table, and two end tables, the windows which do open, and an additional tv. It’s perfect for my husband whim likes to watch tv all night while I’m sleeping in the bed in the other area. They also have a great breakfast with a waffle maker!! So besides the security guard in the parking structure I had a great experience at this hotel.
GGuest UserThe Anaheim Convention and Exhibition Center is very close and can be walked. Disney/or the location is very good for meetings. For other requirements of the motel, don’t have too high expectations😄
MMarlaMe and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills.
The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on.
The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty.
The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room.
None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care.
Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands.
Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!!
The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!!
How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!?
Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!!
Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup.
Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. .
I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower.
I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.
