My stay at this hotel exceeded what I expected. From start to finish, the service was extraordinary. From the moment I walked up to the front desk, Brian welcomed me with a smile. I told him I was checking in for my Dads 90th birthday celebration with my family. During my stay, Caroline, the front office manager, made sure that I had everything my family and I needed. Also, during the free breakfast the next morning, Kaysee, was outstanding with making sure everything was warm and there was plenty of breakfast items to choose from. She was attentive to her surroundings. During the short stay, all of the hotel staff was friendly. I was walking in the hallway looking for the pool and Emilio asked if I needed help. I told him I was looking for the pool and he actually took the time to show me what door to go out of. I was impressed with his helpfulness. When I was checking out, Caroline, asked how our stay was. The front desk seemed to really care about us from check in to check out. Thank you Homewood Suites for the 5 star service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall it’s a Hilton class hotel, it’s close to the airport, Clean room, friendly staff. Only complain is the $39 parking fee which i didn’t know until I found the hotel keep trying to charge on my Apple Pay account with diff amount, $68, $18, $15, $18 finally I called and found out self parking cost $39 even I am Hilton honor member, if the staff inform me while check in , I’ll not park the car there at least I have a choice instead of feeling got ripped off.

Great customer service by the shuttle drivers especially ! Especially our driver Issam! He goes out of his ways to ensure he settle rides for our daily hotel-office-hotel- Irvine spectrum- hotel + nearest airports trips! Always greeting us with a warm genuine smile. He is very thoughtful about our safety. He look out for the entire group of us. He is like a fatherly figure imho! He ensure that I am safe while I stay for 15 days at the hotel. He is passionate about his work and if my memory didnt failed me, he has been working for more than 20 years at the same hotel.! Such loyalty should be appreciated. Sad that I didn’t get to thank him properly before i left to fly back home. I hope to see you Issam the next time I come to LA in 2023, god willing.

Environment: Suite, with entrance cabinet, partition cabinet, toilet and bathroom in two rooms. Spacious enough. Facilities: Booked a room with sofa bed, there is a spare bedspread and blanket in the closet, and asked the front desk to add a set of bedding, which is equivalent to 2 beds including sofa, plus 2 large beds for a total of 4 beds, suitable for families with children. The buffet breakfast is nothing new, but it is not bad. Parking fee is charged, $19 a day, no one checks the entry and exit. At present, only hotels in California still charge parking fees. The service is satisfactory and it is quite clean overall.

First of all, the environment is OK, relatively quiet, the nearby Plaza can be driven for a few minutes. Disadvantages, the facilities are old, even damaged, some rooms have a smell, accurately is damp moldy smell, concentrated in the living room, very affecting the accommodation experience. The SPA pool is very foamy and the disinfectant bleach tastes very strong and is not very good. In short, if you want affordable suite space, it is OK. But after all, it's a penny, don't expect too much from here. If you want a good suite, choose some high-end hotels.

Checking in in the middle of the night, there were people at the front desk, very touched, the room was very cold, and the air conditioner was not working at 32 degrees Celsius. The bath water is also very cold. Health is OK. At 9 o'clock in the morning, an aunt came in directly, saying that because her registration form was unoccupied in my room, is that my problem? In case you are in the bath or something, it is not embarrassing.

We were really pleased with this hotel. Check in staff were brilliant, all of them. Our room was really nice and comfortable. Large bed, sofa, fridge, microwave and TV. Balcony that overlooked McDonald's, but that was fine. Bathroom was very well equipped with a large, decent shower. We were loaned 2 chairs and an umbrella for the beach that is within walking distance if you're not carrying too much. They don't loan towels, but to be honest, unless you are a really strong, experienced swimmer, I wouldn't recommend swimming off Seal beach. Breakfast room has a good selection of food, including non dairy milk. The hot food was different the second morning plus there were croissants. Swimming pool is not large, but there is also a jacuzzi. On the 2nd floor and towels are available within the pool area. Very clean. Housekeeping only available upon request, give 24 hours notice. Reception will provide you with any top ups that you require though. I would recommend downloading the hotel directory as all the information you need is there, including TV channels. Underground parking is free, you just display a permit that you are given at check-in. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.
