Everything was good except for the wait times checking in my room wasn’t ready til about 8pm then I was locked out of my room when the door stopped working and had to wait an hour. Other then that I had a great time

Chef Miller was amazing to our family on our 1 week stay
With me explaining to him my mother could only eat puree food he made sure their were 3 meals a day for her even on his day off with no meal repeating itself for the week
Entertainment was great
Drinks are weak just make you pee all day
Other than that room services was horrible
I'm guessing cuz of independence week they were under staff

The resort was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our house keeper Shanika and our ******* concierge Chantae went above and beyond to make this stay perfect! First time visiting but will not be our last. There were vast food options and entertainment daily. Highly recommended.

Omg I don’t know where to start Chantae and Natesha was our favorite staff because they helped us with everything and feel so welcome. Especially Chantae! Chantae made me feel right at home and helped with everything very quickly and efficiently. If you do decide to stay here please ask for her she will make sure you all right with everything.

The property needs updating. There were roaches in the elevator and on the balcony. At least two people in my family saw them. Also, their check-in system needs updating. I called to mention I'd be delayed and the system flagged me as a no show. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.
