Hampton Inn Orange Reviews

A fired started in a rooftop air conditioner and although staff handled well, I really wonder about upkeep of facility. We had to change hotels early in evening which was inconvenient.

Not worth the money. They are not very pet friendly! I Have a tiny dog that stays in her crate and they are the first Hampton that wouldn't wavier the pet fee. I was very shocked and disappointed. The hotel was nice but not worth over 250.00. They had a nice variety for breakfast.

Stopped in again while visiting family in orange. Checking in was easy. Greeted by helpful, friendly young man at front desk. Room was clean, cool, quiet. Bathroom large. Had a great stay. Lobby and parking lot clean. No complaints, will stay again.

Room 314 is huge - we had 3 teens with us and we all had beds and room to enjoy along with a bar and giant island/dresser/desk . Friendly staff! They allow dogs so plan to be around a lot of them and hear loud barking. One in particular aggressively barked at everyone that walked by it . The tiki bar was nice but pricey - to be expected. But weak for the money. Bartender said to mention it here. So there's that ... Breakfast area should be twice the size - too many people crammed in like cattle trying to feed 🤣

Old bed room smelled moldy. Paint dirty and not very clean. Worst Hampton I have ever stayed in. Staff was nice in mornings but was not during check in. Water had a not pleasant taste. Pool was closed for either health or maintenance.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very clean and modern, the room was well equipped and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Free breakfast buffet had a generous selection and excellent mini cheese omelets. Highly Recommended!

The service desk was very pleasant and friendly. Also very helpful. I would say I’d like for it to have had better access to food and other conveniences.These would be the only things I would want to be different the most and that is to ensure that the bathroom is cleaner

I was pleased this time that all the construction was done.2 things the tv is very small in the rooms and cheese added to eggs everyone don't like cheese on their eggs...the staff was very friendly ...the hallway had a mold smell

Desk agent and manager were great! Check in process was a breeze. Room and facilities are very clean and in good repair. No off odors noticed throughout the property.

Great stay, great staff, great breakfast! Also, glad to see the renovations/construction seems to be completed since my last stay. My only issue was the price - a bit pricey! For goodness sakes it's only Orange Texas

There was road construction going on; not the properties fault; just inconvenient. Would have been nice to know that cash would be required for purchases ahead of time or that there would not be a ATM on the property. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and courteous as well as accommodating. Especially the young man who checked us in that Friday (7/29/22). I hate I didn’t get his name. We will definitely stay there again.

Pool was closed and extremely dirty. In the room we stayed in the bathroom fan didn't work, the shower door was broken, and there was mold on the walls and ceiling

The pool and hot tub were broken. The ice machine was out of service. I wasn’t told the 75 dollar pet fee. Not happy.
