Despite advertising the hotel has air conditioning, there was no air conditioning. It was turned off because it was not hot outside. We were told to open the double glazed window. Motorway noise and biting insects with window open. The room was hot and stuffy. The Manager was emphatic the all hotels in France turned off the air conditioning in October. Two hotels since have both had air conditioning working. The drains in the bathroom smell bad. The WiFi upload speed at 0.3Mbs is useless for uploading photos.

La réception est très chaleureuse et on vous explique bien comment se rendre au centre-ville d’Orange et son magnifique Théâtre. Très belle piscine… et c’est un sacré plus ! Chambres correctes et bien agencées. Petit bémol quand même, la moquette…. je ne suis pas fan. Petit déjeuner un tantinet light …. Mention particulière à David le barman qui est d’origine Anglaise. C’est un vrai pro et un vrai « gentil « ….. cette fin de soirée au bar fut un vrai plaisir ! Bref, je recommande cet établissement. 1664mulhouse .

Très bon accueil réalisé par Nina, qui était très à l’écoute et a répondu à nos attentes. La literie était juste parfaite, les services proposés très correct et petit déjeuner au top avec beaucoup de choix et de très bon produits. Merci beaucoup !

Chambre très mal placée (rez de chaussée, vue sur la sortie vers le parking et donc beaucoup de va et viens). Les autres fois, c'était nettement mieux. Piscine toujours TOP, ainsi que le dîner. Mais le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer (manque de plateaux, manque de bols pour le café...pas réussi à faire un double expresso dans la mini tasse sans déborder...). Mais, bien placé pour assister aux spectacles du théâtre antique.

Schone kamers, lekker ontbijt, kort bij het centrum, vriendelijk personeel, lekker zwembad. Gezellige bar, restaurant met grill Wie hier over zeurt met deze prijs per kamer incl ontbijt? Ongelooflijk. Voor een doorreishotel dikke pluim.

Un grand merci à Luna pour son accueil et sa compréhension car j aurais dû rester 2 nuits et à cause de l office du tourisme d Orange j'ai dû écourter mon séjour. Restaurant de l hôtel très bon et très bon accueil. Équipe très sympathique, je recommande cet hôtel qui est très bien placé.
