Evaluation of the TIMGADE Hotel in Oran.
Unfortunately, my experience upon arrival at the TIMGADE hotel in Oran was extremely disappointing. The staff at the reception were unwelcoming and seemed disinterested.
No effort has been made to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The lack of professionalism of the staff was striking. Employees appeared disorganized and uncompetent in performing their tasks.
Simple requests like WIFI were handled poorly which added to my feeling of frustration and discomfort.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
The general attitude of the staff was indifferent and unconcerned with the well-being of the guests.
Although the cleanliness of my room was acceptable, other parts of the hotel appeared poorly maintained. Common facilities were dirty and in disrepair, which would contribute to an overall feeling of neglect.
The breakfast, far from reflecting the photos on the advertising model, consisted of a simple café au lait, the pastries consisted of 4 bread croutons and 2 madeleine type cakes.
Conclusion: Overall, my stay at the TIMGADE hotel in Oran was very disappointing due to the poor welcome and the lack of professionalism of the staff. I would not recommend this property to other travelers unless significant changes are made to the hotel's management and service culture.
