The best about this hotel is that is located in the heart of Ora (Auer) and the bus stop is nearby. Otherwise not many good news: outdated furniture, very, very outdated bathrooms (the tiniest ever), mediocre breakfast and even more mediocre service. Beware of the senior owner as she is ill-tempered, other staff is not particularly friendly either. The maids however are very friendly and thorough. Also note that one cannot check-in before 15:00 hrs under any circumstances, and they make you wait until the clock chimes.

Camera confortevole e pulita. Colazione buona. A cena mi aspettavo di trovare piatti tipici dell'Alto Adige, invece ci hanno servito cozze e vongole e una trota salmonata non al gusto di tutti. Magari avrei gradito un'alternativa per chi non mangia pesce.

Ero stato in questo Hotel già in altre occasioni una decina di anni fa. Adesso, ritornando inTrentino Alto Adige, vi ho soggiornato alcuni giorni in mezza pensione trovatndo sempre grande cordialità e disponibilità. Ottimi pulizia e servizio, molto buona la cucina con piatti locali e non, buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. La posizione nel centro di Ora, appena fuori l'omonima uscita dell'autostrada, si rivela estremamente comoda per poter raggiungere agevolmente e con brevi trasferimenti le principali città (Trento, Bolzano, Merano) e località turistiche (Val di Fiemme, Val di Fassa, Strada del Vino) consentendo una vacanza completa (centri urbani, castelli, musei, cantine, impianti di risalita ed escursioni). Altrettanto comodo inoltre il parcheggio coperto gratuito. Per tutte queste ragioni, ritengo l'Hotel Elefant sicuramente "CONSIGLIATO".

In coppia abbiamo soggiornato per quattro giorni nel periodo di capodanno con camera doppia e trattamento mezza pensione con cenone compreso. Struttura nel centro del paese di Ora, pulizia eccellente e personale gentile e cordiale. L’hotel presenta una hall e camera moderna. Colazione e i pasti molto buoni, impiattati bene e con ampia scelta. Qualità prezzo più che conveniente e raccomandiamo questo hotel per chi ama la tranquillità e allo stesso tempo chi desidera visitare città come Bolzano o Trento o godersi le montagne.

Ottimo in tutti i sensi dalla professionalità e cortesia della famiglia titolare alle capacità di tutto il personale che si è dimostrato educato, disponibile e professionale anche nei momenti più impegnativi come il Fine Anno. Cena del 31.12 eccellente ed ampiamente oltre il rapporto qualità/prezzo. La posizione e le mobil-card gratuite lo rendono posto ideale per esplorare l'Alto Adige.

Siamo una famiglia composta da 3 persone, ed abbiamo soggiornato dal 8 al 10 dicembre in mezza pensione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazioni abbondanti e cena a scelta . L'unico appunto è che le bevande della cena non sono comprese nel prezzo e non è comunicato. E l'acqua costa 4,60€ al litro. Abbiamo alloggiato in una struttura staccata dalla principale, ma non è stato un problema perché vicinissima. La macchina aveva il suo parcheggio al coperto e sempre vicino alla struttura . Qualità prezzo ottimi, Il paesino grazioso e ottima posizione per raggiungere tante mete. Insomma Rifarei volentieri 6 ore di macchina x ritornare in questo Hotel e farmi abbracciare dalle montagne . Ambiente accogliente, camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Garage coperto gratuito, posizione strategica che da la possibilità di prendere il treno e raggiungere Bolzano in pochi minuti (stazione distante circa k.1,5 dall'albergo).

Un po' dispiace lasciare questa recensione perché avessi potuto scegliere non l'avrei scelto. Struttura in po' retrò, ascensore anni 90, niente frigobar in camera,niente cassaforte ,bagno piccolo senza il bidet. Soggiornato diversi giorni, più volte abbiamo dovuto chiedere il bagnoschiuma. Forse l'unica cosa buona è stata la colazione.

Abbiamo alloggiato a Hotel Tyrol annesso a Hotel Elefant col quale condivide sala Colazione e Cena. Consigliatissimo!! Stanze confortevoli e sempre ben pulite. Esterno Hotel Tyrol magnifico e curatissimo. Buona colazione e ottima cena. Ci torneremo!! Bravi e grazie per l'ospitalità!!
