We chose this hotel for a family holiday with our group ranging from 4months to 72 years old. The staff were kind and helpful, the food excellent, and the special evenings with music and bbq great fun It really has a great family atmosphere and is located in a beautiful region

We have never eaten so badly, both at breakfast and dinner. All the products were of the cheapest kind, e.g. sea bass fillet, deep-frozen, probably from Captain Iglo, and then warmed up in the deep fryer. There was also a tablespoon of peas and a spoonful of potato gratin. The whole thing was placed on the plate with absolutely no love. For breakfast, we had reheated, under-baked rolls, completely tasteless. And the cheapest supermarket sausage, bacon was only available on Sundays and that in South Tyrol!! The sauna pavilion in the garden was not in use and we had no idea how anyone could have used it, as it was in the middle of the garden, and how anyone could use the sauna naked. We will never visit this hotel again.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Villa Groff und sind begeistert von diesem Hotel. Die Besitzer, das Personal, das Frühstücksbüffet und das sehr gute Abendessen, hier stimmt alles. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Pool und Seerosenteich. Kurz gesagt, ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, das man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann.

Hotel davveo bello, camere spaziose, belle, pulitissime, letto comodo. Il personale è molto gentile e la colazione davvero super, con ottimi prodotti del territorio . Prezzo assolutamente adeguato. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

Abbiamo trascorso una notte ma tutto è andato come previsto:gentilezza, pulizia, colazione topp!!!!!comodo perché vicino alla stazione e grazie alla card gratuita data in struttura in dieci minuti di treno siamo andati a Bolzano. Torniamo sicuramente!!!!

Hotel super carino e pulito in una zona comoda! Lo staff super gentile, ti senti molto a casa :) Sono anche venuti in contro alla nostra richiesta di colazione vegana :) Sicuramente se dovessimo tornare in zona tornerei in quell’hotel ad occhi chiusi
