Let's start from the beginning. The visit itself started well because the Lord of the reception helped me with my luggage. I spent 4 days in the hotel. The bathroom was careful, quite good pressure from the shower. Unreliable water pressure from the rainbow. I've been freezing in the hotel. I stayed here because I saw the reviews about a good breakfast. No! It's terrible. The first day was a good egg, and then it was not eaten. Horrible rods that seemed to be bought by someone in the market. Support trying to be nice, but I think everyone knows these ”Ukrainian” sympathies expressed by cynicism and sarcasm. Parking is also paid. There are no places allocated, only who first this better pays cheaper, which they also do not inform. Maybe one max two days approx. No more.

We had 2 rooms for the family : room 203 - the showerhead came off while my husband was showering! And there was very little shower gel left. luckily we always carry some with us. The room comes equipped with a fridge. room 305 - we could see that the door had been forced open so the locking mechanism is not that great. We had to make sure that the door was well closed shut before leaving. There are no fridge in this room. On our first stay, we had a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet but on the second day the choice wasn't as good (Perhaps there were more guests or because it was a holiday). Overall the beds were comfortable, the rooms nicely furbished and had a good night sleep and there was a free private parking which was a big plus. It is just these inconveniences that made the stay less agreeable. I put the service as ”average” because the front desk were very nice and helpful but the maintenance/cleaning service could be better. (note that cleaning service starts very early in the day so if you are in the room they will not come in to clean the area)

We had 2 rooms for the family : room 203 - the showerhead came off while my husband was showering! And there was very little shower gel left. luckily we always carry some with us. The room comes equipped with a fridge. room 305 - we could see that the door had been forced open so the locking mechanism is not that great. We had to make sure that the door was well closed shut before leaving. There are no fridge in this room. On our first stay, we had a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet but on the second day the choice wasn't as good (Perhaps there were more guests or because it was a holiday). Overall the beds were comfortable, the rooms nicely furbished and had a good night sleep and there was a free private parking which was a big plus. It is just these inconveniences that made the stay less agreeable. I put the service as ”average” because the front desk were very nice and helpful but the maintenance/cleaning service could be better. (note that cleaning service starts very early in the day so if you are in the room they will not come in to clean the area)
