The hotel was great. The staff were attentive, sensitive and polite. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was cold and it was not very clear how to increase the temperature in the room.

Just bad thing for us the hotel a bit far from city center.always must use taxi or shuttle to go to the city center.

The hotel is very close to the airport.
The location of the hotel is a bit remote. If you take public transportation, you need to climb a long staircase by yourself, but if you drive, it is quite convenient.
The room was spacious and the staff was friendly. The hotel also gave away a one-day public transport pass for Zurich.

The hotel was extremely run down. While overall it was perfect for what was needed, an emergency stopover hotel, it was not the best hotel I have stayed in. The decor was dated, and the rooms were run down. Moreover, charging for water in the rooms was strange.

Good location cos arrived at night time, free shuttle bus to hotel. From the airport to hotel took only 6 min. So close! Service and breakfast r good but cleanliness gave only 4 stars. Amenities r less but overall r fine for us. Thks,
