I stayed there before my flight. Rooms were clean and all staff friendly. Price was very good. I would book it again at any time. Breakfast was included in the price and coffee was good.

We booked here last minute as there was an issue with the other hostel we booked. We were in a mixed 4-bed dorm. The room was pretty clean and not too cramped and it had a bathroom attached as well. Sleep quality wasn't great as it was quite loud from outside and it got cold with the AC on all night and only a sheet to cover you, but that could just be me. Every bed had a box to put your stuff in that could be locked and unlocked with the fob attached to the room key which was very handy. There was an outdoor space with tables and chairs so you could sit or eat. The staff were nice and friendly as well. The hostel also had Wifi which seemed very reliable for what we needed it for. The location was perfect; a Lidl round the corner, a few minutes walk to the metro station and then a couple of stops on the metro and you're at the central station.

I booked and paid for standard bed however once I was there I was informed they are full to capacity and only twins beds were available. My trip was for 5 nights and the they would only be able to offer me a standard bed the last night of my stay. I was also told that I'm staying longer than the normal as their minimum patrons stays between 2-3 nights and my stay is longer. The food is also not desirable. I was disappointed by that being in Italy and not having a capable chef. The person working was overwhelm as the was the only one and there were many people to attend to. The location was not ideal as it was right next to an abandon building and walking to get the bus was dark and creepy. Because it was my first time in Milan I was expecting more but next time I'll choose another hotel closer to the town. It's good if you're seeking few days just to stay All the staff at the front desk were exceptional and that was a pluys

The hotel is multi storey and well situated and has underground secure parking, There are numerous shops, restaurants and a large COOP supermarket very close by. Although the mall area immediately behind the hotel has seen better days, there is also a nice park close by for walking the dog if you have one with you.. The nearest metro station is also within a ten minute walk.The rooms are a decent size and modern with a TV offering a good selection of channels including some Sky and internet. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, food choices are fairly standard. The only negative was due to the fact that there was quite a strong wind during the night of our stay which caused a high pitched sound as it whistled around the aluminium framed windows (we were on the 8th floor) making it difficult to sleep peacefully, even though the bed itself was quite comfortable.There were only two pillows in the room on arrival but room service brought us two extra on request. There is no fridge in the room, which would be useful given the very hot summer. Fortunately the A/C unit was working and kept the room cool and comfortable.

I stayed twice during a 10 days trip in Europe with my family. The hotel is in a very convinient position nearby the A50 out of Milan. It is a comfortable hotel with helpfull and polite staff. Spacious rooms and clean. Breakfast has a big variety of choices and very good coffee.

Really nice place, comfortable, clean and affordable. Good location for public transport - 10 minute walk from Tram stop into Duomo centre. Staff were so kind and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. They catered to our specific requests on how we like our tea/ coffee. We had to leave very early one morning so didn’t have time for breakfast we asked the night before if there was anything we could possibly take with us and they offered a variety of biscuit bars and little muffins. They didn’t need to do this but were even kind enough to only charge us a couple of Euros rather than the usual €7 for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Milan again! Thanks so much!

Went on a lil solo trip for the weekend and this was such a good location, there’s all kinda of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the duomo is super close, and central station is like 15 mins away. Besides the great location, the staff was also very nice (and they gave me a free tote bag even though I wanted to pay for it, it has their logo on it so it’ll be a cute memory)!!!!! And the room was very clean, just slightly cold in the winter like everywhere else, so just remember to pack well. Each hostel has their own bathroom, which is nice. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and electric towel rack to heat up and dry your towels. Very nice. Bathroom also comes with soap, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash. The hostel also hosts parties and stuff, so it’s an easy way to meet new people. But the hostel also seems to attract nice and friendly guests, because I met some great people literally within 5 minutes of entering my room. :) I’ll definitely book again, but maybe at one of their other locations in Rome or Florence. Stayed here the last night of Italian holiday. Booked because it seemed close to the airport & we had an early flight the next morning. Disappointed there is no airport shuttle so had to get an Uber €30. Room was ok, small but nice & comfortable for 1 night. The main issue, other than no airport shuttle was the service in the restaurant. For our last dinner of the holiday, this was a very underwhelming experience. The food was ok, limited menu. I had pasta which was ok, my partner had risotto which was also ok. The service was terrible. The waiter, an older man, was so rude & didn't seem to care at all about any of the guests. He made us feel very unwelcome, like we were ruining his evening. We also witnessed him barking at other guests when they innocently tried to sit at a table. Worst service & therefore worst meal of our 11 day trip. Expectations were not even high. I would not return, despite the lower price of the room in comparison, next time I would pay more for a hotel located closer to the airport with easier access.
