Awful experience. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the views are basically car park spaces. Some staff are friendly and some are not. Rooms are basic (very) tatty and in need of work, but they are clean. The main issue is that the front desk have control of your air conditioning unit and the hotel system shuts it off over night or during the mornings. This is infuriating as I have to call down several times a day to have them manually work the air conditioning for me. It’s then limited to “cool” the room down to 23 degrees.. which isn’t enough. I wake up in the middle of the night in a 28 degree room sweating daily… this is hell. Restaurant: very basic food, only one member of staff and you’re lucky if you eat at the same time as your dining partner. I’d give this place a miss… certainly not 4 stars.. 1-2 stars would be more appropriate

Excellent hotel where the rooms are large and welcoming and nothing is missing.. perhaps the bathroom is a bit small but still functional.. parking is also free in the area.. there were 5 of us and we took 2 rooms, a triple and a double. . mini bar .. LED TV free Wi-Fi in short it's all there .. we didn't have breakfast included so I can't judge .. they accept cards.

Excellent hotel with truly top rooms and large spaces. recent clean tidy furnishings and super comfortable bed! The dinner served in the hotel was truly exceptional both in terms of quality and table service! Every evening varies with a vast choice of starters, first and second courses, both seafood and land!

This is a very particular structure and difficult to review. I often come for work and I have found some truly special people and some truly unpleasant people. A very clean hotel, pleasantly served but only by those who really care about their work. A huge thank you to Onar and Mimmo... two fantastic and human people. The rest leaves a lot to be desired... you find staff who don't even greet you... who consider you a burden...! Anyone who doesn't experience this structure will never understand what I mean!

Hotel chosen as a post-concert support base in Assago: underground car park, with the same lift from the car park you go up to the shopping center and reception. Very large hall and common areas: kindness and courtesy of the staff already perceived via email and confirmed in person. A pre- and post-concert shuttle was organized for my daughter and I and another family: precise, punctual and very comfortable service. Double room which was then a suite: very spacious and clean, comfortable bed and bathroom equipped with personal cleaning products. Despite being above a shopping center and in a residential area, no noise and blackout curtains that allow you to sleep in the dark. Breakfast with fresh cakes, brioches, bread, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereals and everything you want in the buffet, coffee and hot drinks with an excellent quality automatic machine (Bourbone coffee). We have discovered a truly excellent base for Assago and Milan! Super recommended!

I have been to this facility every time we had an appointment at the IEO for surgery or therapy. The structure has an agreement with the oncology institute and provides a shuttle bus to the IEO, operating at different times of the day and managed in a professional and punctual manner. We stayed for about ten days and took advantage of excellent services.
