Ended up staying here longer than expected due to a vehicle repair. Motel is walking distance to various restaurants. Room was comfy, bed was soft. Pool also was nice and clean. Management (Paula) as well as housekeepers went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed. Ask for Paula if you happen to stay here she will make sure you feel welcomed.

No towels check in was horrible only took cash key did not work. But the girl that gave my refund was thes best thing. Had to come back for a manager he ir she was not there. Had blood on pillows n hornet nest as well in the room.

Just don't. Unfortunately there aren't many options in Opelousas to choose from, especially when it's Prom weekend and festivals going on everywhere. We even heard someone scream like they were being attacked in the middle of the night...maybe she just saw one of the 100 roaches.

Bathroom was gross, but overall the room was okay I guess. The outside of the hotel was super sketchy. They only take cash, which was super inconvenient, especially for a longer stay. You get what you pay for.

The place is a dump: leaking faucets, clogged drains, inoperative door lock, the exterior is dirty and unkempt, key card malfunctioned, WiFi intermittent The whole place can be said to be old and run down and no one cares about it.
