Villa Sunset

Staying at villa sunset plat at present, the villa are lovely everything you need to enjoy your stay. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning regardless of what time. There's a supermarket and restaurant across the road for all your daily needs. If you want to venture out there are buses, the bus stop is around 600 yards from the villa or you can just ask the owners and they will sort it out for you. There is a price list of the places that they go to. But im sure if you asked they would take you were you wanted to go. I would definitely come back again. There are however lots of stairs so if you have problems with walking or going up and down stairs you should check the map first.

We have just returned from a lovely 7 day stay at the Villa Sunset apartments in Plat. We travelled as a family of four, with two older teenagers (19 and 17). The apartments are modern and clean with the most wonderful views of the Adriatic. The hosts Danko and his father Zoran are wonderfully attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We arrived on an early flight from Manchester landing at 10am and we were at the apartments by 11am (the apartment is only a short drive from the airport). Zoran was available to greet us and allowed us to access the apartment to drop our bags until the check in time of 2pm, this was very helpful indeed and meant that we could go and explore and use the pool area. The apartments are about a 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) to the picturesque village of Mlini where there are a number of bars and eateries. A little further on the coastline, you can walk to Srebrenno beach which has a few more bars and eateries. Dubrovnik is only a 20 minute drive from the apartments and Cavtat is a 10 minute drive. We found the location of the apartments perfect as we love walking and exploring. We ate out most evenings however had breakfast in the apartment every day. The kitchen facilities are ample - we cooked a pasta dish one evening and had everything we needed utensils and equipment wise. The supermarket opposite the apartments remains closed however we were able to get a lift from Zoran to Tommy's supermarket on the first day and got an Uber to Lidl just passed Srebrenno which was only 6 euros. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was welcomed towards the end of the holiday as the temperatures started rising. We have had the most wonderful holiday staying at the Villa Sunset apartments, I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and be able to fully recharge and relax in the most beautiful country. Croatia, we have fallen in love and will be back!

A warm welcome from a very kind host. Clean apartment right next to the swimming pool and also free parking nearby. The kitchen had everything needed. There is a tv but you don't have to watch it because the view is so charming. A beautiful beach is a short walk away and you can go hiking in the mountains.

We had wedding in hotel nearby and one night stay was really good. Would come back for longer for sure! Rooms were really clean, host was friendly and we had plenty parking places available just next to main road. My wife and me Will come back for sure.

Have just returned from a very relaxing stay in Croatia. Accommodation was perfect, wonderfully clean and just as shown in pictures (we stayed in the family apartment 2x double rooms). Owners couldn’t have been more helpful, we used Taxi service most days and were given great advice on places to eat. Would recommend to anyone
