As dinner and breakfest were included with basic drinks price was OK. Room very clean. Good location near sea. Bad things. Hotel is old and needs reconstruction. Main elevater did not work when we stayed. Tv better that you don t turn on because picture resolution is like from 50s. Furniture in rooms old and half of it is broken

After 20 yoears experiencis at 5* hotel inPrague, have to give a wery big respect to boss of restaurant, werry well trainy staff, empatic, polite, proffesionals, great job, realy. Tabble was clean, equipment, tools, plate, all was on place all time, and cheff, thank You, Your dinner is best part of my day here, don't listen bad comments, 90% people on planet on this chat are crazy, sorry for my english without glassis :) Tom

The hotel has a great location. There is a medium sized pool, sunbeds (there could be more of them but there's no room) and umbrellas and a few big beds for the whole family to lay on. You have to be quick to get them though they go fast. The staff is wonderful, very nice and attentive. Food was surprisingly good and tasty, lots of varieties and me being a vegetarian and not eating gluten, I was so surprised that every morning they provided fresh gluten free bread, various plant based milks as well. At dinner I got gluten free and vegan desert brought to me to our table every evening which I thought was very special, since I didn't even ask for it. On our first day our room was not ready and clean for us which we told the reception and the cleaning lady came and generally cleaned it quickly. She forgot to bring fresh linen for our daughter's couch and we had to ask for it 4 times but we quickly forgot about that. The bedroom was seperate from the living room which we liked a lot since our 8 year old was with us and we had some privacy when needed. We had a small balcony you could enter from the bedroom and the little living room. There could be a small fridge in the living room, we missed it... The hotel is not so modern but extremely clean. The bathroom needs a renovation but was very clean every day. We had an issue with the ac, it didn't work properly and we told the reception and they fixed it the next day. The surroundings are very well maintained and the tall palm trees give this place a very vacation like feeling. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel because it had a lot of value for the price we payed. Entertainment was available every day, for adults and kids, on the beach kids had their disco, we even watched a kids movie on the big screen. A store is a few steps away down the stairs. We didn't mind the stairs at all since we were so lazy and this little bit of exercise was very welcome. A few restaurants, shops for souvenirs within a few minutes walk... At this point we would like to thank the hotel for our wonderful stay!

Excellent hotel, second year, let's go, reception kindness and courtesy, this year they offered us a suite, too bad Jon has the view of the others, but there is an elevator. I found the cleanliness a bit poor, but passable for a 3 star, excellent dinner, very varied, such as breakfast, super dinner on Fridays and excellent desserts. The only note would be a safe in the room and perhaps a small fridge to keep water for the night or milk for the children. Another suggestion is to install automatic or pressure dispensers for chocolate and jams, to avoid waste, given the uncivilized people.

This hotel is located on a large complex of various hotels. You arrive and the parking is large, but that's common with other hotels. Then there are 300 meters uphill (with also a staircase) to get to the reception. Not very large room, small bathroom and terrace. Air conditioned and with wifi. The bar is large and also the restaurant (booked with night and half board). The restaurant is a buffet and is very nice, even if it seems undersized compared to the number of people present. It is a good hotel and does not cost too much, also considering the half board, it has a nice swimming pool but perhaps has the flaw of not being accessible to disabled people and elderly customers. There are in fact too many stairs, no ramps and few elevators.

beautiful place!!!! wonderful view from the nice and clean room. We stopped over the weekend and had a really good time even with the dinner which is very varied and suitable for different palates. Excellent speed at check in and check out (as in all hotels in the chain) I recommend it to everyone

After the fiasco at the Delfin Plava Laguna, we decided to spend the rest of our vacation here. The first plus point right at the reception, AIR CONDITIONING. The room also lives up to its promise, but the bathroom seems to be the same in all hotels, small, cramped and the shower exit is right in front of the toilet. The food was great, the buffet left nothing to be desired, although I think the draft beer was non-alcoholic, oh well. The pool was clean and nice for children too. Not far from the sea, where we did have a small jellyfish problem at this time of year, luckily only compass jellyfish and not stinging jellyfish.
