We stayed here in late May for two nights, and this resort did not disappoint. From the moment we checked into the hotel, the staff was amazing. Check-in was very easy. Check-in staff were friendly and very informative. The resort is amazing. It is very modern, and the resort clings from a cliff with an amazing view of the Adriatic, Cres Island, and Krk Island. The water below is crystal clear. The swimming pool area, the concrete pier, and the small pebble beach were so amazing. The patio is well- stocked with lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels which can be brought down from your room or picked up in the spa. Everything is very clean. As well. The stairs from the patio lead down to the concrete pier, where you can jump into the cold waters of the Adriatic. There are bean bag seating on the pier which are very comfortable for a nap. The rooms were very nice, modern decor, and very clean. The bathroom was great with a wonderful shower and sink area. The beds were very comfortable, as well. The included breakfast was amazing with a great buffet full of fresh fruit, juices, smoothies, breads, cheeses and meats. We ordered omelette as well, and they were great. Cappuccinos could be ordered and were great, but the Americano coffee had to be one of the best I have had in Europe. We went to the Navis Restaurant for dinner, as it was a Michelin recommendation. My wife and I were not impressed at all. This will be in a later review. I would recommend going to Volosko, a short ten-minute walk, for dinner with a much better selection of foods that are less expensive and much better in food quality. The spa was great. I had an amazing massage. Nothing bad to say. As for stand-out staff, Ana the bartender. Wow. She was amazing. She had so many great recommendations for us, both in and outside the hotel. We really appreciated her. And the breakfast staff were wonderful and so friendly. Keep up the good work Navis. We will be back soon!

Bevanda Hotel & Restaurant - Unique Adriatic

Small hotel on the top of a little peninsula. Our room was very small (tiny queen-size-bed, no space for the luggage). But the amazing sea view, the big balcony, the state of the art bathroom outweighed everything. Breakfast offers everything you need and even more (fruits, bread, croissants, eggs...) and again the gorgeous view over the bay to the islands in the distance. There is a Beach Club with sunbeds and access to the sea that belongs to the hotel (but with a champagne-sipping crowd). What can you do in Opatija, except swimming? Walk the Lungomare to charming Volosko. You`ll see beautiful manisons and old Grand Hotels (some refurbished, some felt into disrepair). It will remind you of a time of European Grandeur, which is almost gone.

The hotel is in great location with view on charming Angiolina Park and the sea. From the balcony I could hear the concert of Norah Jones :-). Home made apple pie and berry cake (I ate both of them - 👌) are really home made. Big portions for two, and the price was surprisingly low (something over 2 euro per portion !!! in Croatia you don;t find such prices). And really nice lovely waitress - good english language. The guy playing concert was really good and most important his performance did not disturb our conversations at the tables. Will be back for an extended week in August.

Location: perfect location, close to what is important to see in Opatja. Direct to the sea. It has a private quay to the sea and very close to a small public beach! Lobby: impressive with a great view over the pool and the see. There is also a nice bar! Pool and Spa: Pool is quite small for such a big hotel but the spa is well equipped with a indoor pool, Jacuzzi and different types of sauna. Rooms: Not too big but nice designed and well equipped. Breakfast: very rich selections, I really liked! Dinner: For this money I would try to also eat in the city. The menu is not very varied. Personal: also very varied, some are very kind other are grumpy. Entertainment: every two evenings we had a nice musical show. Parking: better to leave the car on the public parking spaces. Larger space and cheaper. It is not possible to pay by card, just cash and kuna!
Hotel Paris

The hotel is very compact, and it is not easy to find a parking space. It is said that you need to make an appointment in advance. The room is also relatively small, and it is difficult to open if there is a large luggage in the room. ** is very small, few people play, *******, other tables are idle. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to the seaside and major attractions. There are many hotels and restaurants in the surrounding area.
Amadria Park Hotel Royal

We had a great experience during our stay at the Royal Hotel. The room is big and has an amazing view, waking up every morning with the sun. The staff is great throughout the hotel. The reception (Annamarija, Paolo, Paula,..) are very friendly and helped with whatever was needed. As well their staff during breakfast and in their restaurant are very dedicated and friendly.
