We have been in Deluxe room.. In the evening we've barely sleep because it was so hot, 27 degrease in april. After asking, they didn't want to turn the air conditioning on. They said that they have to turn it on for the whole hotel. Breakfast is poor and suspicious.. The cooked vegetables were in the bowl for the whole four days..not for the consuming. The same was with hotdogs.. Ants were running around the juice machine.. The ham was cold.. Otherwise it was clean in the room...again hot.. The man in the reception is the bright light.. He saved us a parking after we drove to town.. 👍👍 very kind gentelman. The older women in the reception was ignorant.. You should be careful about this reviews..someone is giving to good reviews and the same text, just to keep the good grade for the hotel.. Otherwise we did OK.. I was with my lady so it can't be all that bad..🥰😄 The beds were OK. Tha ladies cleaning the hotel are doing there jobs..👍👍 We were eating outside..

We ate at the outside terrace, the food was delicious and plentiful… the beers were tasty and cold. Very quite off season and enjoyable. The views are amazing, very beautiful place. Rasim the waiter was attentive and provided great service!!!

Tempo of waiters was like tempo of snail, without energy and willingness. I am so sorry but waiting for pasta 1 hour and 20 minutes is is crazy nowadays.Pasta was tasty but one cook for all restaurant is to little. Never ever …

Very nice hotel with a beautiful room with incredible view to sea. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is delicius and is possible chose a different food. If we came back to Opatija,we will came to this hotel.

Great a small hotel, spotless and perfect for kids with allergies. The staff is very friendly and polite. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Food is suitable for a 4* hotel. We have a great time, and we will come back again.

The bartender in the Restaurant was very rude. He wanted to make us feel shamed and said that the Restautant is not working even thoe on the door was written they are working! BAD EXPERIENCE! They are oppening at 10:00, and he said they they are opening at 10:30!? Never comming again!!!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel 2 weeks ago. Breakfast was good and the balcony with sea view was very nice. The location is perfect, it has a bus stop near by and it is part of the scenic lungomare walk so you can even walk to Lovran from it. The only downside is that even though it has private use of the beach, you have to pay extra to use the sunbeds (10€) and umbrellas (5€) which made our experience a bit awkward because we had to bring a lot of swimming stuff up and down from the pool everytime we wanted a 10 min swim at the sea.. when paying over 200€ a night at a seafront hotel, the least you expect from the hotel is to facilitate your access to the beach and not to impose barriers to it. We have been in similar hotels in the Croatian coast and we had never been asked to pay for hotel owned sunbeds.
