A very beautiful, new hotel with exceptional, high-end furniture pieces. Wonderful ambiance and interior. Excellent breakfast and an outstanding dinner. I highly recommend the half-board option. A three-course menu, but with very generous portions and top-quality, delicious food. The hotel truly impressed us, and we will definitely return. + Reasonably priced coffee - No coffee machine in the room

One night during the winter time I decided to spend a night in this hotel. The main reason being curiosity and convenient location about half way to my destination. Arriving by car I was a bit worried about parking and the promised valet service, as there appears to be a very limited space out of the main entrance to park the car. However, the moment I pulled my car in, very courteous and helpful gentleman greeted me and took care of the car. My concern gone. Entering the small lobby I was amused by the fact that reception and the bar share the location. I was warmly greeted and check in had been done in no time. That kindness, friendliness and professionalism staff shown plus warm, unassuming interior made me instantly relaxed and happy. I was very positively surprised with my room that was large, spacious, modern and above all, pleasant. Nothing missing. Large bed, TV, mini bar, coffee pod machine, bottled water... Bathroom is also spacious, well appointed, with shower and bath tub in a separate space.. Nice! I took light dinner in the roof top restaurant. Decent choice of food and drinks presented by helpful waiters. The hotel is located right next to the local bus terminal station and just a few steps away from the sea and the beach. Location is really good as everything is within short to reasonable walking distance. I left this hotel next morning properly rested but above all happy that I found another gem worth visiting.

Stayed at this new hotel for two nights for a short winter break. Upon arrival we used garage under the hotel, they can park your car (valet) for 30 EUR per day, its a bit steep and you cannot access your car during your stay, unless you want to use it and drive somewhere. We got upgraded into corner room 416, which was nice, modern, clean, and the only thing that bothered us was street noise (especially in the morning, not much during the day and evening), as hotel is just next to rather busy street, price for being centrally located I guess. There was also constant clicking sound in the room, like light sensors would not work well, so I needed to use ear plugs for the night, as I am rather light sleeper. We had breakfast in the morning, and quality was really good, restaurant is a bit small, could be problematic when there are larger volumes of guests. I also used a gym, which is small with just few machines, and funny thing was, I was using the bike and light kept switching off every four minutes, as I was on the bike and (again those) sensors switched electricity off - not the best thought solution for saving some power.

We were at the Sunday lunch at the Hotel. The choice of food is large, but all types of meat were tough. The wine list is solid and moderately priced. The hotel is new, so the staff has not yet learned how to work.Interesting rooftop bar, great view and prices.

This hotel is modern and elegant. Our first impression was great! We were served a wonderful lunch at the rooftop terrace when we arrived. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and spotless. The beds were large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The spa was amazing with a really large swimming pool, a nice resting area, and well-heated saunas. A great place to relax. This could have been a really great two-night stay. But the hotel was hosting a wedding while we stayed there, and that had many negative consequences for us. First, the rooftop was closed after we had our lunch there and remained unavailable for the rest of our stay. We we told we could enjoy the spa instead, but that is not really the same as sitting in the sun with a nice drink. Second, on the day of the wedding, the spa was used as some sort of gathering place for families with children. All rest beds were occupied for hours, and it was very noisy (and do you really allow babies in the swimming pool?) It did not feel like a spa at all, and it was no place to relax after a swim. Third, the bar next to the reception was used for the wedding reception, so we could not be there either. It was Saturday afternoon/evening, and there were no place for us to be in the hotel if we wanted to chat over a drink. Fourth, the hotel rooms are not exactly sound proof. If you stay in a room with connecting doors, you will hear the guests in the connected room really well through the door. And if they have loud music at the rooftop. you can sing along in your room. The wedding party went on until 4-5 in the morning. First on the roof top, which was terribly noisy, before it was moved to the basement. That was a bit better, but we could still hear the bass. My travel companions called the reception many times throughout the night to ask them to lower the music, but it did not help. Some of them were kept awake by the music till 4.30. Good sleep is the core of the service a hotel should deliver, and is something we expected from a 5-star hotel. I think we should be told in advance if hotel facilities will be made unavailable. We might have decided to stay somewhere else. And as long as the rooms are not soundproof, loud parties until early morning should not be allowed. The welfare of wedding guests was clearly given higher priority than ours. We don't feel we got what we paid for.
