Beautiful location and the staff are very cooperative!Property is very well maintained!To escape the urban disturbances,u have to stay a couple of days in this serene atmosphere!👍

We booked resort for our trip. But they called us 2 days before checkin and said that they are cancel-ling the booking due to some reasons. But last moment cancellation will affect us badly as we booked 4 rooms and we will have to pay double amount in last moment to book some other stay. Finally they agreed to manage and we reached there. Hot water availability was pathetic, as it was very cold, our parents found it difficult to survive without proper hot water facility in bathrooms. Restaurant staff behaviour was horrible they do not come and take our orders, very long wait time, also they do not clear tables or waste even if we request. Also they behaved very rudely and shouted when we asked about it. Buffet breakfast items are very less, we can't even call it as a buffet breakfast, it's normally idly + 1 more main item and nothing else, no desserts, no fruits, no veggies let me mention few good things about resort as well ambience is very good, nature and it's beauty, really good for photographies food taste is good (rate is little higher than normal )

The resort is very beautiful. The staff is very humble and cooperative. Food is very healthy.

It was really amazing place to stay since it gives you british structure rooms in stay, made it wonderful experience for us.

Great location, wonderful garden and scenery in the property (good for photo session). Excellent food in the restaurant and very helpful staff. Clean toilets but the rooms are very old - Lighting also needs improvement. The driver’s accommodation which they have offered was extremely bad and we had to arrange another room in the last minute.
