Average stay. Definitely not worth the money. Dirty bathrooms and average food. Great staff.

Good- The hospitality and standards of taj were very well maintained. The garden area is beautiful. Breakfast was great!!
Not so good - the 2 bedroom suite had just one bathroom and the suits are in the middle of reception. No privacy in that sense.
The individual rooms are much better

Waah Taj. Always been excellent at serving and hospitality. Ooty Savoy Taj is a place where you can go anytime to have peaceful evening. My visit was attended by AADIL a brilliant person behind the bar counter. Polite, soft spoken and very good at his work. TANUSHREE served me the food again a very polite and humble person. It was a delight to spend my time there.

Staying at savoy is like a second home now...warm welcome, delicious food and amazing people around what else one need for relaxing thank you Savoy for making it more memorable again. Spa therapy was rejuvenating See you soon next time.....

Nothing gets better than The Savoy in Ooty and I can state that with a fair deal of authority having been a guest for over 1/2 a century. With excellent service, food and warm hospitality you could not ask for a better place to spend a week or maybe three. No amount of time is enough to soak in the placid atmosphere.

Since this was my first visit to Ooty & Savoy, the overall experience has took me by surprise. Especially the stay in Savoy was so pleasant. Including the ambience, food, staff, everything was top notch! This has been a very relaxing and a surreal experience! Shout out to Savoy staff! Satish, Shabarish and Karthik!

My family & I loved the property and the entire team was exceptional. Karthick and the team at the Front Desk; Abhishek and the restaurant team; Ravi, Bharathi and the housekeeping team; and the grounds team; all were very welcoming, hospitable, and very professional. The attention to detail was excellent - from the flowers placed in my parents' room to the birthday touches! I also loved that the hotel was pet-friendly as this really made a difference for my 5-year-old niece. We also loved the games organized in the evenings by the bonfire - not to mention going to bed with a fire burning in an actual fireplace! Thank you for making our holiday memorable!
