This was our second time staying here but not so pleasant this time
Food was average
And some of the staffs didn’t pay attention to the room issues like
flash not working in morning ;
requesting to have breakfast during waiting time ( which looked liked a good gesture coz breakfast time was almost over and why to waste food but later asking to pay ( which should had been informed priorly )

We had the Deluxe room with the hill view. Our check was smooth and we had an early check in as requested . Monica at guest relations welcomed us with garlands and helped with check in. The bed was very comfortable and large enough to fit me , my husband and my 10 year old. The pillows were very comfortable and of different consistency which we loved. The linens were super clean. The room was well stocked. Buffet breakfast is good but you need to be early else there is a wait time. There is complimentary hi- Tea at 5 pm with snacks . The staff are courteous and very obliging. The whole hotel has an old world charm with modern facilities. We will be visiting again.

Welcoming staff Especially the chef Anand who catered for us personally. Good food. Rooms were comfortable......very spacious. Wonderful view at night Bonfire was a must ☺️ Daily Evening cocktail was little quick get away. Had a horse ride also in the morning.......made the whole trip memorable as I am a horse lover

We got a nice food and a excellent service here and also special appreciation to chef raja and prithevi but for his special food and taking a good care of us...and also we had a great and fantastic new year celebration that we enjoy with all of our heart... Really thankful for the food and service...

Excellent place. Great people and caring service. Christmas Eve dinner was organised very well.. with good choice of menu and lavish desserts. They employ locals which is a wonderful thing and they suggest the best options when it comes to sightseeing and their travel concierge is excellent! All in all a time well spent

Wonderfully cosy and warm hilltop hotel in wet , misty mountains of Ooty. Previous stay had been in 5 star modern hotels which, although plush and minimalist, lacked homely comfort and grace. Every comfort is considered with daily room call to offer additional attention to detail. We enjoyed 2 days and wished we were staying longer!

Nice hotel with very warm and friendly staff. I stayed here from 21st-25th Nov. Staff is always smiling and happy to resolve all of your queries. Special thanks to Chef Raja for making food as per our requirement and offering wide and tasty food. Also thankful and grateful to Shelly for being so caring and warm during our stay. Really enjoyed my stay with my family. All the staff members were very friendly, can't thank enough. Really look forward to visit in future. Bonfire from 7:30-10 pm is the highlight and it's very relaxing after local sight seeing tiredness. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her stay. Must try horse riding for kids.
