The property is awesome, very near main town, excellent dining and extraordinary SPA. The kizhi therapy is fantastic and novel. Staff are courteous and nicely running round the clock. Fun area is an attraction for children I will recommend to my friends

The stay was awesome with good hospitality esp Mr. Dominic made our time pleasing and entertaining with various activities..He is the person who can entertain the most elderly and the youngest guest in the property… very humorous person too..:The care shown towards my son by the staff members n drivers was fantastic... the best place to spare time with family esp with kids…the whole day can be engaged within the property itself such a vast area with lots of amenities to spend time…

This trip was awesome. Club Mahindra conducted daily evening DJ and bonfire was excellent. The host Mr. Dominic was did the program super... In Restaurant food is very tasty and awesome and also neat and clean . Sudio Room was little smaller. Room service was very fast.

The site seeing experience was really good. First of all the staff explained the site seeing situation to us about exactly what we have to do and where we have to go for as first comer to ooty. The charges also were satisfactory not so high they were manageable. Overall it was a really good experience and magical .

Oaty is great and this place had made our family trip memorable. Food taste was an issue in the Derby green restaurant but later on giving feedback they did alter the cuisines and the food tasted much better. The e-bike ride was the cherry on the cake, too good. Akshay the bike captain did an amazing job of taking my son and me with all caution. Not only did he show us around but also explained the history and culture of the place ***** with clicking beautiful pics of ours to make it memorable.

Really impressed in spa really nice it's out of the world , stay also much better easy access to city user friendly restaurant also really handled nice items all limited but every taste really good , tv only small ,it's heritage property so it's we can accepted

The staff were very hospitable! Housekeeping and room service people were very polite and efficient. Yravel desk were very helpful. Aswathi was in particular very helpful. Property is very beautiful and well maintained with beautiful view of town.
