IN Emergency situations we eneded up booking this place for couple of days & we about to book 5 rooms by fortune we booked 1 room for the day to check the facilities & absolutely pathetic experiences we had.... They charge for the 3star hotel price & the amenities will not even cover the basics... They gave us a room which is not cleaned & linens where not changed, room full of stink,unhigyne bathrooms,no toiletries... pathetic customer service they do... The owner is very arrogant & illogical person... there is no hot water in room & if we ask it ll be given in buckets filled with the very dirty water...... even a boathouse water will look better.., he gives stupid answer & it's a clear looting from the unaware customers.... The don't even know how to run a service providing business because this about customer satisfaction for what they pay..., charging high cost for the low class lodge service is what they do... staffs were very polite than owner..... rooms are very dirty we ended up using own linens... staying here is a nightmare .. they don't even provide toilet tissues... if we ask simpley they're answer is they don't provide all this.... then why the hell to charge for 4star hotel price... there is no view or anything about this place.... total waste of money .... after a arguments they gave a change of room in the next day.... overall never ever book this place just by looking the pictures they uploaded.... ultimately poor service, poor behaviour, poor quality for high price...
