Location is quite good as it is central ooty. Food: hotel does not have a restaurant. Complimentary breakfast gets you only idli and vada on a daily basis, whether your stay is for one day or multiple days. Be ready to eat the same thing daily without any options. Amenities: a lot of things written amenities won't be found in the room. When asked, you will find completely non-cooperative answers. Safety and hygiene: not so great. Daily room cleaning means just re-arranging the bed and emptying dustbins. No change of towels or anything for that matter. Rooms are much smaller to what is shown in the pictures. Staff: rude and non-cooperative. Parking: parking in the hotel is reserved only for the hotel owner. Guests are supposed to park under the open sky, a little away from hotel, which is completely unorganized and you can forget to take your car out in the morning as people park criss-cross or the way they like. Overall, not at all satisfied with the stay. Rating is 2, only for its location.

No hot water. Location is good. Near the ooty town but the hotel is understaffed and there are a lot of quarrel between the guests and the staff members.

Towels, toothpaste, soap, shampoo were not kept. The gentleman in charge at the reception was too rude, arrogant and discourteous. It is not worth staying in this hotel. First of all this is not a hotel. Some rooms in a house have been made into a hotel.

Reception person mr. Rohan behaviour is worst and breakfast only idly sambar chatny vada. But early morning tea very late after breakfast so bad experience in cyprus inn ooty

Very nice rooms and location. Near by botanical garden. Amazing parking. Staffs also good response. I give 100% satisfaction

Room is good but the space little bit sort. Over all is good, clinging is ok room service also good help full pepul

Rooms very very small breakfast was worst breakfast was blow average it’s they serve the breakfast to room it self there no any seating area and musky there is very small place and p raking out the property place which bit difficult

Rooms are good bathroom clean they will provide hot water also but car-parking is not good and generator facility is very poor in case power cut they are dont start generator

Worst hotel ever seen . Receptionist didn't take call after so many calls made to get the location after reaching Ooty . No cleanliness . Bedsheets , pillow covers didn't get changed for whole stay of 3 days . Room was very small . No thermo flask jug for keeping hot water. Only local channels were running on TV . No charging point was there for mobile. No table and chair were there . No grills were there in windows. We were staying in ground floor , so safety wise very unsafe because no boundary wall was there backside . We pre booked. No restaurant nearby . We had to order food on Zomato . Location wise very bad also . Overall very much unsatisfied with the stay . Worst hotel
