We booked for 2 nights as reviews were good but as soon as we checked in I found out the bedsheets pillows cover was not changed and I got allergy later asked to change the room but there was not availability.Also the TV was not working first day we were tried so I didn't ask them them to check but same Next day tv not working and they came and spent 10 to 15 min and it started working.Next day we informed them we will checking out at 8 am and there breakfast start at 8.30 am so request for an tea at least.However on the day of check out we ask for tea they mentioned milk is spoiled. seriously what was the use then we have informed them one day prior still they can't take care of guest. Next trip to ooty for sure I will not keep ITYs hotel in my list. Also I will suggest do not go with pictures and book the hotel as it will be waste of money.

The stay was pleasant indeed. Good hospitality and gracious hosts. The breakfast was served on time and was delicious. The view from the balcony is to die for. The owner mam was very nice and soft spoken, she considers the situation and accomodates you accordingly. We will definitely consider this property from our next stay and would recommend to our friends and family too. The stay was also affordable and came in our budget. Amazing experience.
