Если вы хотите отдохнуть от городской суеты Вам не стоит выбирать этот отель, в связи с тем что звукоизоляция отсутствует, утром очень шумно.Администратор была не очень дружелюбна, в момент заселения была занята своими делами и была не рада что ее отвлекают что показала всем своим видом.Также в номере отсутствуют фен и чайник, что очень расстроило.Интернет работает с перебоями.Желания возвращаться в этот отель нет.

Although rooms look alright and beds are good and bathroom looks rather clean the place is noisy as hell. Slamming doors, scraping beds and furniture on floors that can be heard many rooms away. You can easily hear your neighbours talking. Especially in the morning and late evening the noise is unbearable. Been to a couple of Fletchers before but this is the worst until now. Don't go there if you like your sleep.

The hotel is modern. Unfortunately, the staff do not like foreign languages. At the restaurant, the menu is written only in Dutch. No menu in English or German (while the hotel is located near the German border). In the rooms, the smoking ban is reported only in Dutch (Niet Roken). Could it be that foreigners may smoke? This created a misunderstanding about meals. The receptionist considered that we wanted a three course menu when we had chosen to eat à la carte (and she billed three course menus). In spite of their modernism and the comfort of their two armchairs, gaps remain in the rooms: there is no desk lamp nor kettle for hot drink. In the shower room, there is no magnifying mirror. On the shower, nothing indicates the function of the two buttons (fixed shower or mobile shower? Open or closed? Cold or hot?).

Room we had looked as if someone had a testing pot of paint and tested it on the wall . Showers are good and the mattress are brilliant. Bar closes at 2100 which is odd. First night was terrible as neighbours were smoking **** all night. Massive headache next day

We only stopped for one night but checkin was easy. Getting a meal was very convenient considering the lateness of arrival and all the staff were helpful.

Second time staying here. Solid spacious room, quiet neighborhood, easy access to Nijmegen. The only thing is that it can be cumbersome to park if you arrive late at night. Otherwise, this is a great hotel.

We were made to feel extremely unwelcome on arrival by a very rude receptionist. I had written in advance to say we would be arriving late, but before 22:00. I was assured this would be fine and that the reception would remain open until 22:00. We arrived at 21:00 and we're told we were lucky to be let in as he was about to go home. We had travelled for 15 hours and were very thirsty. I asked if there were was anywhere to get a drink and was told, "no, there is nothing". I asked if there was anywhere close by and was told, "it is a very small place, you can take a look around if you like, but there is nothing". There is no means at all of obtaining drinking water other than from the bathroom tap. The room was chilly with an inadequate duvet. Inadequate and disappointing. We most definitely will not be returning.
