"Service was good espc front desk. However, our room has dented walls, pet fur, plus toilet bowl was shaking when sat on it. As we had a packed schedule, there was no time to feedback to reception. Bathoom door was old and peeling. Forgot to take pics as verification. Rooms needed refurbished. Was staying in Rm 809 for 2 nites."

"The location is good. The hotel is a motel type. The hygiene is OK, but the room is not soundproof and it is easy to be disturbed by others. The breakfast is basically a makeshift one, with coffee, juice, bread, and nothing else. This is the price."

"It is very close to Ontario Airport and you can get a free shuttle every 30 minutes if you book it.
Breakfast was also early in the morning because it was done from 5 am, but I was able to put it in a little stomach.
The room is beautiful, but it smells like cigarettes."

"The manager told me it was my job to call someone to solve my already paid booking when their system was down upon arrival. Location is ok. Small shopping center next door. Pool is comfortable. The room was gorgeous and quite large. Huge beds, clean, quiet."

"The hotel is quite outdated and it shows. The staff were especially nice and helpful. The bed is okay, but I noticed there is a smell coming from the walls or floors. Not too obvious, but you do get a whiff now and then. I guess i can't complain since the price is competitve."

"The room was just as expected. Towels were clean. Showerhead was excellent. Beds were perfect front desk was awesome. Maintenance was never called. Never needed. Breakfast was good little light, but good love the pancake maker I would recommend staying again."

LLilingAirport shuttle service, large room, towels, bath towels, sheets and quilts are very clean, breakfast is beyond expectations, satisfied!
The air conditioner is loud, because it is near the airport, the sound of the plane taking off and landing is loud, and it is very convenient to get to the airport in 5 minutes.

GGeorge MuletI only spent a night here and had to wake up in the middle of the night for a flight. Check-in was easy. The bed was comfy. I got to the Ontario airport in less than 10 minutes. There was an abundance of towels and the shower worked well.
