There seemed to be only one employee so the checkin line took about 30 minutes. While waiting, a guest complained that their room was not cleaned and the employee said he would clean it after checking in the guests. They room out of rooms (for reserved guests) and had to turn people away. The bathroom counter had stains, the hotel smelled like cigarettes, guests were playing loud music, the walls were thin, beds were stiff and freeway loud.
