Unde construction but not in a good way
This property is under construction and being remodeled but not the best quality work. Our bathroom was redone and the toilet was set crooked. Elevator was old and very squeaky.

They are in the middle of remodeling so it’s very loud during the day. The ice machine isn’t accessible due to construction and the front desk doesn’t have access to ice AND their little store didn’t have any water. The pool is closed for construction. Non of this was conveyed to us prior to check-in.
The room was nice and clean.

I have been staying in this property for over 15 years. Usually one or two times a year. Every Christmas, the pool is closed which really makes me angry. Just stayed this evening and the bathtub was so dirty that I would not take a bath in it, and there was no conditioner. Really disappointed

Outstanding receptionist at check-in went above and beyond duty to assist me.
Person who stocked the breakfast bar was efficient, friendly, and cheerful. It was a joy to have breakfast in her presence.

Checking into this hotel was overall smooth. The room was comfy and clean. Only negative I saw was the curtains in the room were terribly ripped, but it didn't prevent me from resting throughout the night. I'll give this hotel a 4 out of 5.
