Ideal location for military contractors, visitors, short or long term renters, or beach-lovers interested in the near-by coastal spots. Spacious car port with motion-activated lights. Good size deck to grill and enjoy sunny days. A comfortable seating area around the fire pit is provided in the backyard to help you relaxing at night. Pet friendly. Fenced backyard for the safety of your pets.
Please be aware that a security camera is located outside, overlooking the car port area. We believe that privacy is a critical component of a trusted environment. We have no cameras or recording devices inside of the house. Very clean & convenient to all we needed to do. My 2 dogs stayed in the fenced in yard or on the porch. The washer & dryer were a big help too.

Cozy Comfey Convenient
The name of this VRBO says it all. COZY INDEED !! My son is stationed at MCAS New River and the main gate is LITERALLY a 30 second drive from this home. The comfort. The cleanliness. The YARD !! The convenience. We will ABSOLUTELY stay at Cozy Home again and again and again. The property manager, Tanya (whom I thought was the owner) is TOP NOTCH and is at your beckon and call. Always checking in with you to make sure that everything about your stay is excellent. Don't stay at a hotel ....... STAY HERE !!

Job well done
Host was prompt on any questions I had. House was clean and ready upon arrival. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a comfy place close to Camp Lejune or that area. I will be using this for my next visit if available
