My kids love the lobby , can do fishing , but I am sad coz the mega zip was closed on my 2days due to windy n rainy weather.

The hotel has a good outlook. The staff are energetic and polite. Some facility is a bit old fashion. The main lighting switches are difficult to find and not obvious. The room is a bit humid and has some small buds from time to time. The breakfast has much less variety than a 5-star hotel and not quite worth for the charge (normally not included in the room rate). Charges for indoor pool and chairs/umbrella on the beach, not within expectation. The hotel has a lot of facilities for children.

front desk staff helpful & great arrangement. More activity can reserve on beach play counter. Especially beach play counter staff very funny & nice. Thank you for diving staff very professional & helpful for my first time diving with my wife. Strongly recommend choose this resort.

Service was very good at the hotel. But too bad on the 2 nights we stayed there, it was windy and a bit of rain so most of the water activities were closed due to bad weather so couldn't have a full experience of the hotel/

On the first night, my family and I went to the hotel for a buffet dinner. The hotel has its own beach and many water sports facilities, which are worth playing. The beach is beautiful, but I miss the sea view of Churaumi Park and American Village. The sea of Sheraton is more distinct and cleaner. This trip was very popular. We caught the only sunny days during the rainy season, but it was still a bit cold for domestic babies to go to the sea. The hotel has only one buffet restaurant, and the food is relatively simple, not as rich as the domestic buffet. You can see Family Mart when you turn left from the hotel, and there are many izakayas along the way when you turn right. The hotel added a bed for us, plus the sofa bed next to it, so we don't have to worry about the child rolling down in the middle of the night. In addition to feeding fish and a small children's playground, there is also a small handicraft in the lobby (charged). It's a good stay experience and I will book again next time.
