Place was a little harder to find at night as it is located in a remote area. The self check in was a little troublesome through trip as the check in code was not provided. Call the staff using the iPad to verify your identity. The room is big and relatively comfortable.

DO NOT RESERVE THIS PLACE!!.
This place is falsely advertised. It states it's a 5 minute walk to the beach, it's actually a 20-minute walk down a mountain (then back up). It states there is front desk service, there is no front desk and NO STAFF in the building. There is no restaurant or shops in the hotel or adjacent to the hotel. No place to get food or water. Do not let them trick you into reserving this awful place.
When I contacted Trip to inform them I could not stay there due to lack of services, and to complain about false advertising, multiple issues regarding difficult check-in procedures, no staff and no access to water or food in the hotel or area, the property refused to refund my payment. I had to pay for a second hotel for the night. That hotel is Kariyushi LCH Resot, which was less expensive, ON THE BEACH with a swimming pool, breakfast buffet, adjacent convenience store and multiple restaurants within walking distance.
The advertising for this property is completely untrue and should not be allowed to falsely advertised on Trip.

Even though it was during the Obon period, the price was cheap, so I decided to use it on a family trip (lol). However, it looked like it had just been renovated, the plumbing was clean, and the room was spacious and clean. (However, the room is cleaned once every 3 days) It's certainly a difficult location, so I think a car is essential. It has good access to the sea near Onna Village (Blue Cave and Cape Manzamo) and the aquarium, making it surprisingly convenient for families with children. As everyone has said, the owner of the inn is friendly and gave us a lot of recommended places. Since I love flowers and take photos everywhere, she gave me a branch of jasmine that was planted in the garden to use as a cutting. Wi-Fi is now available in all rooms.

We stayed for consecutive nights on the day of arrival and the next day. The room was also spacious and relaxing. The guy at the front desk was friendly and easy to talk to and gave me lots of information about food shops. However, there was only a convenience store in the neighborhood, and many restaurants were closed at night due to the coronavirus, so I bought it at the convenience store and ate it at the hotel. I went to the aquarium the next day, and I was glad that the hotel was located so easily accessible to sightseeing spots. I want to stay here again

皆さんが場所が分かりづらいと口コミで書いているように、うちも２つのナビを駆使しても迷ってしまいました。 朝食付きを選択したのですが受付でそのプランは無いと言われてしまい、翌日の予定を変更する必要がありました。 一番嫌だったのは、部屋のあちこちに無数の髪の毛が落ちていたこと。お風呂の浴槽にも数本…浴槽に浸かりたい気持ちは消え失せ、シャワーだけにしました。 良かったのは部屋の広さ。バルコニーに出れば海が見えました！
