We could not contact the host when we arrived. We had waited over an hour until we contacted the CS of Trip.com. And CS couldn’t contact the host too.
We waited almost two hour until CS did contact the host. This was a very bad experience for us.
But luckily the place is good. Huge, clean and lovely view. And the beach is just in front of us. Nice sun set.
If you have enough patient for waiting and the noisy sound from the bike at midnight. I will recommend you to stay.

The view and location are the best. The rooftop terrace offers a 360-degree view. You can enjoy a self-service sea cafe in the morning, a barbecue while watching the sunset, prepare your own ingredients, and enjoy the oceanfront bar yourself with stylish bar counter-style seats. The ways to enjoy are endless. The ocean at Tancha has gentle waves, making it perfect for SUP and kayaking. You can borrow them freely. If you watch the video and train on your own, you'll probably become an expert. There are many advantages that are different from large hotels, so if you combine them and plan your itinerary, I think the synergistic effects of each will make your trip more enjoyable. The gentle sound of the calm ocean will soothe your mind and body. At night, the cute cries of the geckos are a nice accent. They only cry a little, so they're not too loud. It was a stay that felt like being surrounded by nature, and it's soothing just to remember.
