There are not many service staff who can speak English, and I have only met one waiter who speaks Chinese in the past few days, and training needs to be strengthened. Facilities: There are no intelligent equipment. The air conditioner will feel very noisy at night, and the light of the air purifier is too bright. Everything else is pretty good!

As soon as I walked into the lobby, the spacious and bright space, exquisite decoration and warm and friendly staff immediately made me feel the warmth of home. The room is spacious and comfortable, with elegant decoration. Looking out of the window, you can see the unbeatable sea view. The blue sea, white sand and swaying palm trees form a beautiful picture. In the early morning, I was awakened by the first ray of sunshine, opened the window, and let the fresh sea breeze blow on my face, and I was refreshed immediately. The hotel's facilities are also very complete. There is a beautiful swimming pool with clear water and comfortable lounge chairs around it, so that people can enjoy the sun bath. There is also a well-equipped gym to meet the needs of fitness enthusiasts. In addition, the hotel has several restaurants and bars, offering a variety of food and drinks. We stayed here because our 2-year-old son loves the beach and the pool. There was a water slide that even my son could try, and we could go to the beach for a bit, so we were very satisfied. It was also fun to be able to interact with the hotel staff at the stamp rally.

Since the family trip was only four days and three nights, Renaissance only arranged two days, which was really far from enough! I had to lean on the wall to leave after breakfast, and my family said that we didn’t need to eat lunch either [disappointed R] 📍Disadvantages: 1️⃣Slow action: It is well known that time is slow, but this is really the slowest time we have visited so many hotels in Japan. It took about 45 minutes to check in at the front desk [sleep R] He took a long time and almost made us miss the time for the reservation (before 17:00). I was so anxious that I was sweating all over [covering my face R] 2️⃣Few restaurants: There are a total of four restaurants, and only two are open for breakfast. All guests eat together, which leads to a long queue during breakfast time. There are no restaurants or convenience stores around. Overall, I am very satisfied and will choose to stay here next time!
