Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa

Went to this hotel with another family so we had two young kids. Surpassed expectations with the amazing private pool and beach facilities. Camp Hyatt for kids was also a nice touch!

The hotel is very good and the staff are proactive. English standard is not too high. However, the staff are polite and give prompt service. Some hotel directional signage is unclear. However, it is a good 5-star hotel. Comfortable and worth staying.

Hyatt Regency Okinawa Seragaki Location - 8/10: The hotel is located approximately 1 hour's drive from Naha Airport, and there aren't many restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. Only minus is a beach area, all other aspects are perfect. Very small amount of foreign tourists, mostly locals.

Great room and spacious. Really had an enjoyable time and staff there were superb.

Staff was too slow on everything check-in baggage check out and turns out nothing after waiting for 1/2hrs, not suitable for travellers with small children because. They can make it better with superb location but they didnt.
