We arrived at 4 pm to find the hotel closed. We rang a number of the keypad and a man gave us an access code, he told us to let ourselves in as the hotel, bar & restaurant were all closed. He told us to choose any room we wanted as the hotel was empty. At around 6pm, Ramon, mentioned by many, appeared and confirmed the restaurant and bar were closed and that he had tried to get our contact details from *********** but they would not pass them on, to say they were closed. He then said he would provide Fruit Juice, Petit Magdalena, and hot milk and coffee for breakfast. Which he did at 7pm. So by the time we hot up at 7am the coffee and milk were cold. Not that it mattered as my wife doesn't drink coffee. We could only find one bar in the town that was open, so had a couple of plates of tapas there. The rooms in the hotel are basic but acceptable. However as the hotel was closed, there was no heating on, so they were cold. Hence, the low score, I would not come here in the winter months. Also, be aware it would seem most of the restaurants in town are closed during the week.

Terrible! Lots of noise from people until the wee hours of the morning. No respect for their guests, as the bar they run stays open until the wee hours... A very bad experience. If you find another hotel, don't hesitate. The rooms are super small and dirty.

Terrible service, unprofessionalism, no attention at all. We had a reservation for 3:15 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2025. We arrived at 3:10 p.m., a table with a reservation was not ready. They gave a table to 3 people without a reservation. They told us we had to wait, asking how long, and the answer was "I don't know." We left the establishment, with the resulting bad feeling. I do not recommend this establishment if you do not want to get a bad feeling.

This hotel is located in the town square, in a very pleasant area. It's been completely renovated, and the room and bathroom were spotless. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside was that, despite signs indicating that dinner is available at 9:00 p.m., we didn't get it. The bartender told all the guests that at most, she'd make us a ham sandwich, but nothing we needed to cook. Fortunately, the next day, we were served a good breakfast.

The establishment does not comply with Royal Decree 933/2021, which establishes new traveler registration obligations, which include requests for certain guest information. The regulation applies to all types of tour operators, who are required to provide official identification to the authorities of the guests they rent their accommodations to. When you arrive, they throw you the key at the bar, and that's all the check-in is done. They don't ask for any information, an ID, or anything! Totally illegal. The noise is unbearable, the rooms are above their own bar, and the insulation is zero! We weren't able to sleep until 5:00 a.m. when they closed. At 7:00 a.m., the trucks started unloading merchandise in the plaza, so our rest at this hotel lasted only two hours. It's also worth noting that the mattress was terrible and you sank into the center, so sleeping with two people becomes very uncomfortable; it traps you and you can't move all night! Between that and the noise, it's a nightmare. The shower in the tiny bathroom spills out, so if you leave your toiletries on the floor because there's no room, everything gets soaked. The owner of the bar downstairs, the one who throws you the keys at check-in, is rude and unpleasant, shouting at you. The bar's terrace is right under your window, and since it's so poor, the soundproofing is also nonexistent. It's unbearable and impossible to rest in this accommodation, whose only notable feature is its cleanliness. A PLACE I'LL NEVER RETURN TO!

Fuimos al restaurante y es súper recomendable. Es Manu del día pero este es extenso y de buena calidad. No es barato-24€ persona- pero incluye agua, vino, gaseosa, 5 p 6 platos para elegir de primero y segundo y postre y café. Comimos croquetas , rodaballo y carne. Postre : moisés de limón y tarta de queso. Todo correcto y en su punto.
