Nice stay, very good location

I waited at the door for almost an hour before I could successfully check in. I kept contacting trip.com, but they only said hello. I am currently contacting the agent and the hotel. It was already past the scheduled dinner time, and it took a lot of time to check in online when I entered the room. I don't understand if a password is required to check in, why should I go to the door and contact the hotel to give the password? It's really a very bad experience.

There was no email notification of CHECK IN procedures and procedures before check-in. When you go to the door, you have to call to ask for the password to the check-in door. It is not easy to tell the location of the place in English; the long order reservation number also needs to be in English. Just say it. After entering the gate, you need to use the electronic screen provided on the wall to check in. You need to enter a lot of information, such as each guest's name, phone number, address, occupation, date of birth, PASSPORT NO.....etc., and you need to take a PASSPORT photo. And a photo of each guest’s head... It's also quite troublesome... The facilities in the house are quite complete. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy things and cook them yourself. However, the kitchen does not have oil and various seasonings, so you have to cook simple meals.

The environment is quiet, there is Lawson and a supermarket for buying fruits and vegetables nearby, and it is very close to the scenic spots Hachimangu Shrine and Hachimanbori. The facilities are complete. Only one room has a wardrobe. I hope to add a clothes rack in the other room. The pin to enter the house was wrong. Fortunately, we arrived in the afternoon and trip.com was able to help quickly. But the tablet in the room was broken and I couldn't check in/out. I had to notify the hotel through trip.com. Hope the hotel can take care of these contact facilities.

The B&B facilities are very good and clean, but when we arrived, there was a road under construction outside, which affected the living experience. Like many B&Bs in Japan, there was no receptionist after arrival, but the process of communicating with the B&B by phone was very troublesome. Thanks to Ctrip's help, we were able to check in smoothly. After checking in, you need to enter very detailed personal information such as occupation on the machine at the door, otherwise they will keep calling you at 11 o'clock in the evening. The interface is in Japanese. After recording, you need to connect to the Japanese staff for confirmation. It is a bit difficult for tourists who don't speak the language. Ctrip is still very powerful and helped us solve everything!

The independent house has a complete environment and facilities. The room is large enough and very clean. The bathroom, kitchen, and living and dining room are also fully equipped. We had a good stay.

The AC was super dirty. Other than that the house was great. Location is also perfect with a nice restaurant across.

Easy parking spot. Brand new place. Complicated self check-in procedure take me almost 30 minutes to complete. Average price.

The location was excellent and good for sightseeing. It was nice to have tableware, detergent, etc. Unfortunately, every time a large car passes by, the building shakes like an earthquake, and the soundproofing is poor, so you can hear not only outside sounds, but also the sounds of everyday life inside. The cleaning was not very thorough, and even though it was stylish, I got the impression that only the parts that looked good were kept clean. The rat droppings on the side table, the dust under the sofa and on the shelves, and the pink water stains around the water area were all too noticeable, so I did a light cleaning first.
