"The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport, with parking. Self parking is 15 dollars a night. However, the hotel facilities are average, bath towels are not provided, and sanitation is average, so I will not stay again next time."

HHQ CAIThe room is very spacious, and there are many restaurants nearby, including hamburger shops, Japanese food shops, and small supermarkets. The front desk is very friendly. If you leave before 7 o'clock, you can ask for a packed breakfast in advance. There is free hot water, coffee and tea bags in the front desk area. It is also very convenient to call Uber. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to CHI Center by Uber, and it takes only 20 minutes to go to the airport, which is very convenient.

BBjfigProperty staff was very kind, prompt to any requests, for a small staff, they do superb work to keep the location cleanly, up and running, nice, quiet location tucked in the corner a few miles away from the interstate. Definitely 4/5 stars, fair pricing, offer a nice suite, upgraded suite inclusive with a fireplace, breakfast exactly what it states on the website. Pictures from the hotel websites add up pretty well. Easily accessible gym, pool, on site laundry, etc. Fair pricing for a nice business travel.

GGuest UserNot sure what cleaning solution is used to wipe down surfaces but it was unbearable and so strong it was nauseating. It reminded me of the horrendous cleaner used during covid. The entire hotel wreaked of it. Most would say at lease you knownthey are cleaning but it was too much!

JjxjwangThe room is large and well-equipped. Although the breakfast is not very varied, it tastes good. There is a convenience store 50 meters from the hotel, where you can buy food and daily necessities, which is very convenient.
