The rooms on the 4th level in the main building can only be accessed by stairs from the 3rd level. Not very ideal if you have a lot of luggage.
We got the dinner and breakfast buffet plan and the food is not bad as they have free flow snow crab and beer and sake.
The drive there was easy with no winding roads and passing by large fields. Nice scenery.

It was a very big hotel with nice onsen (although it smells a little of chlorine) the place was swarmed with tour groups so buffet quality was not great but edible with quite a lot of variety. Parking was spacious. I gave 3 stars for service because we encountered a rude souvenir shop staff who yelled at us in Chinese and continued doing so even after we told her that we are not Chinese!

The hotel's dining is great, the hot springs are also very good, and there are a lot of toiletries provided! The room is clean and comfortable. There is a very cost-effective ski resort suitable for families not far from the hotel, highly recommended!

Although the building is old, the service was very good and it was a very pleasant stay.
The food was also very satisfying, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful. I was amazed that the food was replenished even 10 minutes before breakfast finished!
The bath was also spacious and very comfortable!
