As a family of four we stayed at this hotel in August 2023. We have been thoroughly traumatised by our experience and will never be returning to this hotel nor sadly Turkey. Unfortunately something we ate/drank in the hotel made myself and our daughter extremely unwell requiring urgent hospital treatment. We both needed intravenous fluids and antibiotics as we were diagnosed with gastroenteritis with severe dehydration. Fortunately or unfortunately we discovered that the local Deva clinic treat 1000’s of tourists every year and told us this hotel was often problematic for causing gastroenteritis requiring medical treatment. Our 11 year old daughter was so unwell she needed to be transferred to the local hospital about 30 minutes away for an emergency CT scan and where she spent 5 days. She had an infected bowel. On our return we took her to hospital in England as we were so concerned that she wasn’t recovering. Thank goodness for the NHS who made her better and after an intense course of antibiotics, physiotherapy and pain relief 12 weeks after she first became unwell she was better. This was one of the worst experiences of our lives and with no compensation given by Jet2 holidays we spent £5K on a holiday only to really see the hotel room and hospital. The hotel staff were very rude especially the manager who denied all knowledge that multiple guests were unwell in The hotel too. I witnessed the extremely poor cleaning of the room and bathroom whereby the cleaner used the same piece of toilet paper to clean the toilet, then the sink and then the shower! When I complained and only when our daughter was extremely unwell in hospital did we notice a flurry of cleaning about the hotel. Please see photos I took of mould being scraped off the pool bar restaurant whilst food was being prepared. If you are brave enough to book a holiday here then please ensure you have holiday insurance! One day alone for my daughter and I to receive medical treatment was nearly £1000! Thankfully we did have holiday insurance but received no compensation from Jet2 holidays.

Hotel - this hotel is spotless and a beautiful setting Rooms are spacious, comfy beds , fridge, balcony , air conditioning, safe, cleaned daily with fresh towels daily too. Hotel is perfectly situated only approx 5 mins walk into the bustling and vibrant hisaronu village which has plenty of shops , bars and restaurants (fez bar, castellos, del boys, malibu cocktail bar, pizza pepino ) to name a few. Pool - fantastic main pool with plenty of comfortable sunbeds (plenty for everyone so no sunbed war during our stay). Small toddler pool plus the pool with slides which is open daily from 11 till 12 and 3 till 4pm. The pools are cleaned every evening. The pool bar - absolutely fantastic staff, especially when they see you coming to bar and have your drinks ready! All purchases in bar or snack bar are charged to a card which hotel provide at check in. Great idea as saves carrying cash. We settled bill daily. All the staff in this hotel work very hard. Snack bar is great. We had lunch and pool snacks during our stay. Again, Brilliant staff , food was great and reasonable price. Special shout out to Jacob who is a fantastic!!! The entertainment team have daily activities ( water polo, aqua aerobics). We would highly recommend this hotel.

A lot of cons and pros to this hotel. It’s a good hotel but there are problems, some you will find in most hotels in Turkey. Some, you will find in hotels anywhere. The hotel doesn’t provide Pool towels (not unusual in Turkey). The safe is available at £3 per day. The WiFi is crap. Only guaranteed in Reception. Spotty elsewhere. Dropout occurs regularly. I had to sign back in 8 times during a week’s stay. We got 2 bottles of complimentary water on our first night, and then … nothing. Similar stories from other guests, one said she got some every other day. Not sure what the hotel policy is, but we either bought some while we were out or filled up at Breakfast. We never saw the housekeeper very often, but the cleaning cupboard was outside our room so we sorted out our own towels etc. Bar prices were high. Even higher than expected. An Efes beer was £3.50. Compare that to the Black Pearl, the first bar outside the complex which sells at £1.82. The hotel grounds are well set out. The rooms are fine. The beds are hard and comfortable. The TV is the smallest I’ve seen for decades, but you don’t go to Turkey to watch TV. Even if we did. Breakfast was good, although the queues for the Egg Station were long. They opened another station at the end of our stay. The toaster is fixed on a level where bagels and doorsteps don’t burn. Unfortunately medium sliced bread needs 4 or 5 runs to brown up. The Animation Team are good, darts water polo and aqua aerobics most days. The pool is huge and really good. Plenty of sunbeds. But if you want a specific spot you’re going to have to get up before breakfast to claim it. The shade is provided by pergolas with bands of material stretched over. Unfortunately for me, it wasn’t enough for my pale skin and freckles around 3 o’clock, so I had to retire to the Pool Bar shade which was cooler than expected. We had a late flight (2155) so we kept the room on till 1600 for just under £30. The nearest restaurant is the Olive Tree Hotel, 350-400 yards away. But 100 yards further there is a ***** with 5 bars (we tried all of them, they’re all ok,especially if you like Rock Music), 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. 100 yards further and you’re into the main bar restaurant area. I would choose this hotel again. If you know what you’re getting into, it’s fine. Tip: Pay bar bills, the safe, room extensions etc in Turkish Lira as it works out a bit cheaper.

The hotel was lovely and there was no sickness. It was quite busy during mid-September and the sunbed situation wasn't bad, though they weren't empty by any means. The walk into Hisaronu town wasn't bad and took about five minutes to reach the quieter end of town. Someone with mobility issues might take ten minutes and it was reasonably flat, though there was a section of pavement missing at one point. The mountain scenery was stunning by the way. It was super easy to get a taxi...press the red button outside the gate...our cab turned up within two minutes and it cost about £7 to get down to the beach at oludeniz. The pool was nice and it was just about bearable for temperature during the middle of September. I've seen reviews that it can get too cold from October onwards. Now, here's my gripe and probably the reason why I will never return to Turkey. It has become much more expensive...maybe slightly less than the UK, but the alcoholic drinks were ridiculously priced. A 330ml bottle of imported beer, like Miller, Budweiser or Estrella averaged around £4 per bottle. A pint of local lager...Efes... Averaged 70TL to 110 TL which was around £2.50 to £3.00 a pint. A big factor for me going to Turkey was that it used to be much cheaper to eat and drink out than in Greece and Spain. All that has changed and I feel that Turkey has priced itself out of the reckoning. Why sit on a plane for 4.5 hours when I can get a pint in Spain for €2.50 and only fly for 2.5 hours? Anyway, the hotel was great and nobody in our party got sick. The staff at the hotel were superb and we only had a positive experience to report. TIP: The hotel has three blocks of three floors and only one block has an elevator.

This is no way a 4 star hotel, I would give no more than 2. I went with my husband for a little relaxing holiday, we were really disappointed with this hotel, first impression as soon as we arrived it was old and dated. Staff greeted us well and helped with luggage up to the room. Our room was small, in fact it was an adjoining room to next door, fine if you have a family but not good just as a couple, walls were paper thin, the next door had tele blaring until 5 am, we stuck this for 2 nights and we asked to be moved, which they did, to the opposite side of hotel on 3rd floor with no lift, ao be mindeful if booking and you have difficulty climbing stairs etc. Both rooms smelt of drains, not sure what that was about but the smell was there for the whole duration. We were bed and breakfast, we arent usually people to complain as we dont expect things to be perfect, but breakfast was awful one guy cooking eggs or omlettes, no bacon/sausage etc, the other options were not very appetising. Also cats running all around the restaurant didnt go down well with us and others, nothing against cats and I know its different cultures but Im not really wanting cats running all around restaurant areas where people eat, many were complaining about this. Rooms were cleaned every day and the maids are lovely, many days the ‘clean’ towels we were given had stains on them!! Good points Near to shops bars & restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enough sunbeds for everyone Pool bar was reasonably priced and not bad food for lunch. I would not return to this hotel, no doubt at one point it was probably a nice hotel back in the day when it opened, its definately dated and needs a refurb for sure or of not take those stars away and make it a 2 star then people expect the above. There are lots of restaurants to choose from, come out of the hotel and turn left, it is a 5 min walk to the busy area. Its very lively so if you want all that this is the place for you to be close by. Ive been to Turkey many times but have to say this is probably the worse place I have stayed and would not return or recommend to anyone. Do more research, at the time I booked this it had good reviews, in the weeks after I booked the reviews were coming in and not very good, but I always think dont judge til you know yourself. They were right the reviews!

Brilliant holiday, hotel was spotless, cleaning ladies lovely, all other staff so nice and couldn't do enough for you, food was so nice, lads working during the day waited on you at your sunbeds if wanted and so friendly, bar staff lovely,My grandson was a bit poorly while away and someone from reception found us everyday to check how he was and even one of the cleaning ladies bought us some tea for his throat, if I had to find something to gripe about it would be that we did prefer it when it was all inclusive and the the sun bed situation is a nightmare, you have to be down there at the crack of dawn to get one and the hotel wasn't that busy when we was there,

Great hotel , lovely room and balcony overlooking the complex all over . Rooms cleaned every day , food great , loved the breakfast options , perfect for Hisaronu bars restaurants and shops but without the noise as we were just at the bottom of the ***** with a 3 min walk to everything. Will definitely book this hotel again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great affordable hotel
