Montebello Resort Hotel - All Inclusive

Overall it was very good, mainly because of the location, the parking space in front of the hotel and the fact that you didn't have to think about what to eat, you took care of all your meals directly at the hotel. The beach is only a five to ten minute walk away. But the downside is that the room facilities are too old and the air conditioning is not very good, but overall it is not bad. 总体来说还是非常不错的，主要是位置好，门口有停车位，而且不用考虑吃什么，直接在酒店解决了所有用餐。距离沙滩走路只要五到10分钟的路程。但是缺点是房间的设施太老旧了空调也不是很好使，总体来说还不错吧。

We had the best holiday. The staff were amazing, Ahmet at pool bar was so friendly and very helpful, bedo and Fifi from the entertainment was incredible and so much fun. I highly recommend this hotel :) we will be back.

I have came to montebello twice, my family have been 3 times. I use to love this place. On my final night I found out that the staff has been messing around with my girlfriend. I am absolutely devastated and humiliated at the fact I found out that a man name Bedo (Badirhan) has been messaging her and they have been meeting under my nose right in front of my face and kissing when I'm not looking. Totally heartbroken considering I paid 1400£ to be cheated on. To rub salt in the wounds, a cleaner has also tried to kiss her but she didn't want to. The barstaff were trying to get my girlfriend to go clubbing on our last night too and I was oblivious. I loved this place and now I would never return to oludeniz let alone montebello. I complained to the general manager and the reception and nothing has been done. I even said if they punish him I won't leave a bad review. Bedirhan is one of the animation team who greets you and makes you feel like part of the family whilst on your stay. Meanwhile trying to steal your partner full well knowing we are together. I am disgusted, humiliated and heartbroken. I have told plenty of people we made friends with and they are shocked and angry too. I urge everyone to be very weary.

We came on holiday beginning of the season and were immediately impressed with outside decor, staff behaviour rushing to meet our needs like grabbing bags and going above and beyond our expectations straight away. The whole trip has been absolutely amazing the food has been great the staff have been lovely and view and rooms are good. The entertainment does not start until after we leave however, the entertainment staff Fifi and Bedto kept us entertained and engaged throughout our stay. This has been our first trip to Turkey and we have felt welcomed, supported and rested on this holiday. Any queries were answered almost instantly and staff suggested good places to visit around. All the staff has been friendly and strike conversations with everyone very good environment. We will definitely be returning.

the location of the hotel and the attention of the staff were very good, although we couldn't travel much at night, it was fun, the gentleman with the inscription 23 on his face was very cute and interested

Stayed here 23/4/24 for a wk in room 4302 2nd floor with my 3yr old granddaughter and my partner, the room was big clean and the view fr our balcony was a lovely waterfall which made lovely photos. We arrived early hours of morning check in was smooth and we were taken to our room and given all the information needed ie wifi code dinner times ect. The next morning we went to breakfast lots of choices waiters brilliant cant do enough for you. The hotel was not bizzy maybe 50 people as it had just opened so plenty of sunbeds and we all became one big family in the evenings. There was no entertainment as not enough people but the animations guy Bedo what can i say he was absolutely brilliant with my 3 yr old granddaughter he tended to her ever needs he fussed over her whenever she saw him she ran straight to him he stopped wotever he was doing to make time for her even when she interrupted him eating his dinner. He is a credit to the hotel he interacted with all the guests and made us all feel welcome he went above and beyond. The guest relations guy(blue shirt) was all so very good he helped us with our pick up time as jet2 left it till the last day to inform us he kindly came and found us to give time. He also came to make sure my partner was ok after feeling badly during the night fr consuming to much alcohol he helped remove the lock fr my case as code was not opening . The cleaners was lovely made sure towels and beds made every day tea coffee in room along with bottled water. The hotel is clean lovely and 5 mins walk left to main beach which is beautiful then 1eft to main ***** where you will find bars shops galore and restaurants although we did not sample any of them as the food at the montebello was good enough as was the cocktails at the bar all in all amazing cannot wait to return.

Really great experience, food was good lots of choice, drinks also. Animation team were fantastic Bedo and Fifi made our children’s holiday with all the games and interactions. Market in Olu deniz only a short walk and very friendly people everywhere

Just arrived back from from this amazing hotel.the staff were all really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Staff seemed to be constantly cleaning and always with a smile. Food itself was OK only thing that let it down was that it wasn't hot enough on some days. The animation team were absolutely brilliant, always happy to answer any questions we had on local area, bars shops restaurants etc and keeping us entertained with crazy darts and crazy pool, well done to fifi and bedo. We loved it so much we are already planning a return later in the year.

Going to montobello hotel soon can any one give me advise about this hotel please.Like the good things any negatives and where to go & things to do would be much appreciated,thanks in advance,jayne
