I am disabled, and this was our first stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the Guest Relations Manager, who supported us throughout our entire stay and sorted out several issues for us. Our first room was quite dark and received almost no natural light. Since it always rains in England, we came here for the sunshine — but the dark room made us feel even worse. We kindly asked the reception for a room change, but were told it wasn't possible. We then shared our concern with the Guest Relations Manager, who took the initiative and kindly arranged a brighter, sunnier room for us. It made a big difference to our experience. There was also an issue with the door of the accessible toilet. We mentioned this as well to the Guest Relations Manager. The next day, during dinner, I asked if it had been fixed. Not only did they confirm it was resolved, but the manager also personally accompanied me to the restroom and kindly showed me how to use the door lock. This level of care and attention truly touched me. The food, the room, and all the facilities were excellent. We had a wonderful time and are already planning to return. We would like to sincerely thank the Guest Relations Manager, the restaurant staff, and all the other team members working in the hotel for their kindness and genuine Turkish hospitality.
