Katre Hotel Oludeniz Google review summary 3.5 426 reviews 5 ★ 4 ★ 3 ★ 2 ★ 1 ★ Reviews on other travel sites Tripadvisor 3.5/5 · 317 reviews Reviews Search reviews kerry standfast 1/5 just now on Google I am an avid traveller and am very aware of the star ratings, I don't book a 3star expecting a 5star..but however this hotel is dreadful, and it saddens me to say all this, THE FOOD-was shocking, they served up a tray of mushrooms on the self service to then be later displayed again then again the next day, they done this with any food that had not been used.. CLEANERS- the room was filthy had to always ask for clean towels,I have had cleaner rooms staying in a 3rd world country and I'm not exaggerating when I say this.. THIEFS- absolutely shocking that staff from the hotel thought it was ok to go into my room and steal my Sony Bluetooth speaker costing £345,now ok I never leave money or anything but I seriously did not expect to have this stolen from my room by a staff member, I bought it to the attention of the manager who done absolutely nothing ! So after my experience here I wanted to let other people know that don't stay here if you can help it,there are far better hotels in the area KEEP AWAY

Very poor food, alcohol tastes like petrol, the first few days there was a man making omelettes and on the grill in the evening. Terrible music loud around the pool, dispite us asking him to turn it down or off. Over all very disappointing. I will not be returning. We are having to pay and eat out as the food selection is very very poor.

We just came back from Katre hotel! The hotel is ok but there is a lot to be improved. The toilets in the rooms need ventilation. All inclusive 🤣. The food very poor. The buffet for breakfast, launch and diner every day the same. Mostly salads and no choice of meat. Drinks for example Raki was mixed with something. It's taste different. Wifi very poor! You can get wifi on the reception only. The staff was very unhelpful except Noor from the reception.

A lovely peaceful hotel and attentive, helpful staff who went above and beyond for their guests. Great location, walking distance to the main ***** and the beach plus road access to the front of the hotel for taxis and pick ups. The food was good Turkish food and I found something to eat everyday. It was really good quality and fresh - I really liked it. The bar offers red and white wine, vodka, raki, Effes (?) beer and a variety of soft drinks and water. This is explained on the various booking sites. The rooms were cleaned well everyday and I had sheets and towels changed during my stay more than enough times. Some parts of the rooms are a little dated, but the bed was really comfortable and everything in the room worked just fine. It has been one of my most relaxing holidays in Oludeniz and I would happily stay here again.

We arrived very late after flight delays (thanks EasyJet!) but we were met by Veysal who carried our bags to the room, he is a great little fella who never seems to sleep! He is always there and his smile will brighten up your day! Rooms: We are two adults and two children. We had a connecting room, 1 room had a double bed and the connecting two singles. The rooms are clean and basic. We had a gorgeous view of the pool which was unbeatable. Food: This is a Turkish all inclusive. If you like Turkish food and aren’t fussy, you will be fine! Chicken, salads, lots of dips and random dishes. Lovely stuff really! If you’re only after nuggets and hot dogs etc then this probably isn’t the place for you. They do occasionally do nuggets etc for the kids but if your family is fussy then you will probably find yourself heading out most of the time for food. Food is great; just not enough variety for children or people with specific eating habits. Location: One minute away from the bars, 5 minutes from the beach. But the beauty of this is you’re close enough to be classified as in the centre, but faraway that you don’t have the residual sounds of the local night life. Staff: The staff make this place what it is. Tulay/Tuloy on the bar is such a friendly young man. Everybody is so friendly. I don’t know how anybody can describe these people as rude. They are lovely! Drinks; Efes, vodka, raki, soft drinks. Plenty of them too! Pool area: Great sized pool and a toddler pool too, and a little play area. It’s gorgeous! Would I return? In a heartbeat. It’s all about expectations and for what I paid, it surpassed them all.

Fantastic little hotel in the heart of Olu Deniz. Close to the beach and the main ***** yet, far enough away that the nightime noise is not overwhelming. The real showstopper however is the price, we paud just £399 for 2Adults and 2Children (6&4). The two connecting rooms are relatively snug but more than sufficient, and importantly ‘clean and tidy’. The grounds are very well kept, with a lovely pool area. There are two pools, one large, one ‘tiny’ for the toddlers. There is also a small play area - perfect for <8’s Food is served buffet style at set times, something similar to; Breakfast 0800-1000 Lunch 1230-1430 Dinner 1900-2100 Ice Creams 1500-1600 The food is a little repetitive, and the choice a little small but, for the price it's incredible!! The bar area covers off the drinks, again the choice is standard spirits, beers and don't drinks. The take away however is the location! A Perfect base for exploring Olu Deniz, many ‘room only’ options are not as well placed or as nice. A solid 3* hotel that offers All Inclusive for a price you can hardly believe. Use the All Inclusive and save some pennies, or don't! you will not be disappointed. Perfect for a young family.

I cannot understand the negative reviews The grounds and rooms are clean. The selection of food is limited but what was on offer was tasty we never went hungry. The staff are polite and very attentive. The alcohol available is beer, vodka, raki and red/ white wine which we have found is standard in most hotels in the area. The location is spot on and central to the main *****. We will be returning.
