Pros: 1. Slides are fab. Kids loved them. They are open for a couple of hours in the morning and afternoon but this depends on the lifeguard (e.g. the sign said 10am-Noon, but often they didn’t open until gone 11am). 2. Food in the pool bar was lovely and portions large. Prices are much like the rest of Hisaronu. The cocktails are as weak and sugary as the rest of town too. 3. The whole place is mega-clean. 4. The staff are lovely. S/O to Bruno and Harry - the kids loved these guys. The nightly entertainment was also decent. 5. The large two-bed family room is a decent size. Our room (902) you walked into the twin room (no windows), and the bathroom was through a door on the left, and a door on the right went to the double room, which had a patio door out to the slide pool. 6. Breakfast buffet - the pancakes and omelettes were lovely. 7. Nice location in the forest. Town is a ten min walk. Moments restaurant the best on the ***** is 5 mins away. Ten min taxi ride to the beach (go early - traffic starts getting mental from around 11am). 8. Mango spa is incredible. I did the deluxe package for £50 - the most relaxing two hours of my life. 9. Kids’ club is super handy if you need a break from them, but having to stay on-site made it a bit useless. My 4yo did not want to walk around the shops, so I would’ve prefered to be able to leave him while we did shopping, but no such luck Cons: 1. IDK what goes on under block nine but there is a loud noise that runs 24/7. My partner said it was pool-related. It was like a white-noise humming, so once you are asleep it doesn’t bother you, but if that’s the kind of thing that would ruin your holiday, request another block other than nine. 2. The room facilities are pretty basic. There are only two electric sockets in each room in weird places, there is zero storage (drawers, cupboards, wardrobes) in the twin room so if you are not a close family you might need to keep your underwear in your case lol. Again the bathroom has nowhere to put anything - no shelves. There is a fridge but it’s tiny and ineffective and the is a sign saying it’s for mini-bar stuff only - but we didn’t get in trouble for putting our own stuff in. You have room for maybe one bottle of water and another bottle / can. This was a major downside for me because you either pay for cold bar water or drink supermarket water warm. No kettle or iron - we took our own, but no ironing board either. I just put a towel down on the dressing table. 3. Only one of the two rooms had aircon (the double) and we were initially told we could only have one key so you can’t keep it on while you are out in the evening. However the day before we left I overheard the woman on reception say they allow a max of two keys per room, so do ask for an extra key - I wish we knew this. 4. The rest of the breakfast buffet is pretty basic. Two kinds of bread, watery scrambled eggs, beef sausage, boiled eggs, tiny croissants, chewy cereal, cheese, fake ham and yoghurt, not grea

We had a fantastic time staying at the Hotel Pine Valley. As a family of 5 it had everything we needed for a great 10 days stay in Turkey. Having never been to Oludeniz we found it very nice and welcoming, the local people are friendly and most accommodating. The hotel is 15 minutes (traffic depending) to there beach and a lagoon which is perfect for kids to play and swim in. There is a water park within 10 minutes of the hotel as well. The main ***** of bars, restaurants and shops is within walking distance (5 minutes) and there is a Carrefour here as well. We were a little concerned before arrival of visiting in August due to high temperatures and having young children but there was a nice cool breeze due to being away from the coast which was very appreciated. The hotel room itself was basic but nice, the air con worked nicely and the maids were very nice. I think the only down side to the hotel I could say was the pricing of food as it was certainly on the high side. The hotel pool was great and the slides were awesome. It’s also the first place we’ve been to where instead of throwing away all the used inflatables and toys they are all collected up and saved to be used the next day which is amazing!!! This meant there was always a lilo, ball or inflatable to play with without costing a small fortune. Special mention to Harry on the staff who made a fuss of my little boy every time he saw him and to Maggie who took her time to show my daughter the hotel tortoises and helped us out a few other times as well! The rest of the staff were also very good as well and always happy to help. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would most certainly recommend it to anyone.

The spa here was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had in a hotel. The spa manager was overly pally at first, upselling me a drink I didn’t really need. Straight after my treatment, his friendliness disappeared — he actually followed me out to reception to make sure I paid for it, his whole demeanor shifting into something watchful and pushy. It was clear his interest wasn’t in guest comfort, but in squeezing money out of people. The receptionist (who I strongly suspect is also a manager) made things worse. When my Apple Pay failed on the first try — something that had never happened before — his response wasn’t professional or understanding. Instead, his body language turned aggressive. He glared at me, his tone became forceful, and he demanded a physical card as though I was trying to get away with something. I calmly asked him to try Apple Pay again and, of course, it worked. But rather than apologise for his unnecessary hostility, he just stayed cold and dismissive. The whole setup felt intimidating and calculated — staff acting friendly only when they think they can upsell you, then flipping into surveillance and pressure the moment payment is involved. It left me feeling like a walking wallet, not a guest. If you value being treated with respect — especially if you’re a woman travelling alone — I strongly advise you to stay away. Nobody should have to deal with intimidation and cold hostility on what’s supposed to be a relaxing holiday.

Stayed here for 14 nights in late July - mid August with my 4 children (11, 6, 3 and 4 months) Honestly this is such a lovely hotel. What I didn’t realise before going to Turkey with a baby is that Turkish people love babies! My little boy got so much affection and attention and it really made our holiday. Absolutely massive thank you to Fatma and Ayse, 2 absolutely amazing restaurant staff who came over to us every time we ate to speak to us and the children and make a fuss of our baby, they are an absolute credit to the hotel and they really made our holiday special. Also Harry and Selvet, really friendly amazing people also Umut, all the staff at this hotel are so friendly and welcoming, we will remember them forever (especially Ayse and Fatma) ❤️ sorry for all the staff we didn’t get all your names, but you’re all amazing, especially in the eating areas. Also the man who attended the games room, who did breakfast too, he was really lovely. The rooms are fine, have everything you need, anyone moaning about them needs to take a look at themselves, if you’re fretting over not enough sockets then you obviously don’t have anything massive to worry about in your life. Food at the hotel is delicious, breakfast has some of everything, bread, (can be toasted) lots of fruit, yoghurt, nuts, cheeses, cereal, fresh jams, pastries, sausages eggs beans etc, salad items, and fresh pancakes and omelettes. (That are delicious) I’m honestly not sure what else could possibly be added to make it better. Lunch at the pool was delicious and good portions, the pizzas are really delicious, cooked in a proper pizza oven. We went to the bbq night and that was probably the best food we had all holiday, the deserts there were amazing too. The food in Turkey as a whole is absolutely delicious be prepared to put on half a stone. The hotel itself is spotless, the maids do an amazing job of cleaning the rooms (and are so friendly) the pools are kept really clean too. It made me so sad watching the Brits leaving their rubbish around for the staff to clean up, and just the general behaviour and attitude of the brits in general, swanning around like they own the place expecting the lovely staff to pick up their rubbish and certain people picking fights regarding not being allowed to go down the slides in a rubber ring. Leaving excessive mess after eating and wandering off and the poor staff having to clear it all. Letting their kids play unattended in the kids pool while they lounge around the main pool (out of view of the kids pool) and just generally being rude and abrupt, not making any attempt to learn to say please or thank you in Turkish etc. The Turkish people are amazing, they cannot do enough for you, they are giving and kind, please show them a bit more respect. I was embarrassed to be British at times. The self entitlement is unreal. Don’t let this put you off coming though, I mean us brits are the same everywhere aren’t we. Think we rule the world and want
