Nicholas Park Hotel

I loved everything about this hotel . The staff we're all extremely helpful and always happy to help . Our room was situated in the original part of the hotel and was a bit tired looking but was very clean and spacious enough for our needs , it had a sun terrace type balcony. The maid replenished the towels and tidied up our bed everyday. The views from this hotel are out of this world and breathtaking. The food is amazing and plenty of choices for everyone. I didn't go hungry at all .. I have coeliac disease and found plenty of gluten free choice for main course but not much choice for dessert. The wine and spirits are drinkable The evening entertainment was extremely good and well worth watching We are already thinking about going back

This hotel is 10/10 for everything could not find fault with anything ,very friendly stafharry and kubra very good entainers day and night excellent food services very good standard, entertainment all round 10 mins walk to shops bars our stay was very relaxing 1st time we have been there I have just booked again plus alot of my family members too as they were impressed of what we told them about this gorgeous hotel with excellent service our room was 523 fantastic views

So this was my 15th visit to this hotel so that must say something about how good the hotel is. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and helpful especially Durmus and his team, the food and drink are excellent with plenty of variety to cater for all needs and the location is breathtaking. Pools and facilities are spotless and rooms are kept clean and replenished daily, the beds are very hard which is good for some but if you find them uncomfortable then tell the maids and they will work their magic as nothing is too much hassle. This is truly a hotel you must visit either with family, friends or just by yourself, well done to all the staff we have had a great time and can’t wait to visit you again.

Stayed for the second time this year after an excellent stay last year. The food was lovely last year and this year it has improved, loads to choose from and they bbq Turkish kebabs and chicken which was a highlight for us. There is so much to choose from even my fussy son ate well everyday. The snack bar is great if you can't be bothered to leave the pool especially the fried chicken. Drinks are fine, and efe's is on tap. The main pool is very popular but we preferred the slide pool which was quieter. No problem getting sunbeds either and the hotel was very busy. What makes this hotel outshine others is the staff, they are so helpful and polite. Special thanks to Durmus Akgul for looking after us so well and also the guest relations lady..Look forward to coming back as soon as possible...

The hotel is lovely. Great location to the local town/village. Walking distance down a slight hill (500m approx). Three pools, one with a cool kids slide. Entertainment every night with some quality acts and fun shows. The entertainment staff are always doing something with the guests, water volley ball, aqua aerobics, shows on the stage, the list goes on. Very attentive staff throughout our stay. Zilan gets a special mention as she looked after us for our entire stay, making sure we had iced coffees, soft drinks, beers etc any time we needed one. All the staff are friendly and accommodating, they can help with anything you need. If there is anything specific you require, guest relations here are brilliant. We will book to stay again next year for our holidays.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Food was lovely. First time at this hotel as was for a honeymoon and we would definitely come here again. Thank you for an amazing time. Met some lovely people in the resort and they have different entertainment throughout the week.

Just back from a 10 day stay here and what a holiday it was, from check in to check out staff couldn't do enough for you from reception to restaurant, maids,bar staff even Harry on entertainment made our stay special, rooms basic but clean ,food good, can't wait till August till we are back. They can do with more sunbeds though but not an issue for us.

Home after a lovely 10 days here. Beautiful hotel in amazing surroundings. You can't beat the views! Lots of cats which I loved ❤️ It is dated and rooms are in dire need of a good refurb but they are clean. My room had a pipe built into the wall so I could when upstairs flushed their loo. My mum next door had water on the inside of their wall from upstairs aswel. I met a few people who also got put in the wrong rooms and they weren't happy. However the staff are absolutely amazing. I've never come across staff so attentive and staff who actually remember people's name it's crazy! Harry and kugra were great with everyone. The bar staff work so hard! Spa man who would always say hello every morning and not pester you! He was def my fav along with Zenil (think that's right) the young girl in the restaurant in the evening. I just loved her soo sweet and attentive. Shop on site absolute rip off so don't entertain it. Excellent spot less than 10 mins downhill to town. Its a lovely walk with all the wildlife. Chickens goats tortoise and the odd boar if your lucky walk up isn't terrible. I done it a few times a day and my mum who suffers COPD managed it daily! My only downer was the food. I'm not blind to all inclusive food and I know it can get repetitive however it wasnt great. Same for brekkie and generally the same for dinner also never hot! I I can't read its 3 star u get what u pay for. I paid enough so I would like hot food and more of a change up. I wasn't the only 1 with this niggle either. Also the floors are so slippery you can't physically relax If you got young kids mainly around the pool this def needs to be sorted somehow as it's dangerous. I've also never been to a hotel where 95% are English! However everyone was lovely. I would come back However I do like to go different places.

Absolutely amazing !! Staff are brilliant spa is amazing !! Food it’s great !! Idris who makes the pizza at the snack bar is brilliant his pizza are great and can choose what you want on them !! We will be back with the kids next year !!! Harry is great fun and gets everyone up to enjoy themself defo deserves and extra star !!!
