Positive. Great price. Good food and drinks. Not bad room.

Had blood on duvet when arrived. Took 2 days to change.
Room was cleaned once in 6 nights. Told them daily 3 times a day but still couldn’t manage it. Other guests mentioned similar issues. Still good value for cheap price we paid.

The location of the hotel is very good, the cleanliness is at an average level, there is no shower by the pool, you have to go to your room. The food is mediocre, ignore it.

So let’s start with a positive- the pool area is very pretty with many beautiful plants and flowers. It’s very close to all the rooms, the dining area and the bar however some of the rooms are absolutely filthy, including mine, room No. 304. As I arrived, it smelt of mould. The fridge was full of orangey liquid, which stank. The shower had rust in it, the shower stall was stained and cracked, if you would have sat on it, it may have cut your bottom as it was sharp. The stall; to do your make up/hair on had filthy stains on. To be fair once I reported it lots of managers came plus a cleaner who came to rectify it. However, see pictures of my slippers a couple of days later it was never cleaned after that and I kept having to ask for toilet paper. My towell was only changed when I asked. My bed was never changed in five days. I heard that a guest had black mould on the wall next door and another friend stayed there for 10 days and never had her bed made.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights .The location is perfect close to everything the staff were all amazing and food was good .especially the lady in hotel lobby customer relations she was amazing .we would definitely go back there .

Had week here 4th-11th June 2025. Nice hotel great location just 2 min walk down to oludeniz beach and the main shopping area and bars/restaurants etc. Room was basic but met our needs apart from the lack of a kettle......they must know us brits can't function without a morning brew We were all inclusive which was great however while the food was nice it was a bit repetitive unfortunately and the poolside bar shut at 11pm which again was disappointing as there is no indoor/guest bar.Staff were all good,especially when I fell at breakfast (dont see too well) and cut my head.sorted me out instantly. All in all a nice little hotel for doing oludeniz on a restricted budget but would say oludeniz is more for couples rather than families with young kids.

Newly refurbished with a great pool area and facilities. Rooms were spacious with a good view overlooking the pool. Food was good and the a la carte was very nice. Wide variety of drinks to choose from alcoholic and non alcoholic. Would recommend to visit this hotel.
