As per the resent reviews poor quality food never hot and also poor drinks! It’s like pulling teeth asking for a large glass for your drinks and being told large glasses are for beer?? Why ?? And asking for ice that’s a joke 2pieces of ice 🙉😂 and they have an ice marking machine ! Definitely not even a 3star very poor ! Staff are the only good thing about this hotel!and the rooms You have been warned 🤔

Well where do I start...we had a quick check in, however once shown to our room we then had to hang around in the room for over half hour as the safe wasn't working, the maintenance guy ended up taking the whole door off and replacing it, turned out it only needed new batteries to open/close it which would of took him 2 minutes. The double bed in the room was like sleeping on a rock-hard bench, we asked for extra pillows a couple of times at reception, and they never materialised. We weren't sure what to expect due to previous reviews. However, we should have listened. This is not what you would class as an All Inclusive hotel. The drinks were rubbish, and the food was even worse. I asked for a malibu and had to ask for no ice to see how much was being poured in, and when I asked for an extra dash, I was told no. I then asked for another Malibu and poured it into the same plastic pint pot myself even then it tasted watered down. As for the food, unless you like chips and bland food, there weren't many Turkish options.....the best bit was salad bar. We ended up eating out most days for lunch and dinner just so my daughter had another option rather than chips. There wasn't any ice cream for kids for desert or around the pool in the day. We spent more money in the onsite shop for ice cream, etc. The so called kids club was almost non existent, we took our 7yr daughter on the first day only to be told its only on between 4-5, that was fine we had missed it, so we went next day at 4pm to be told we are only doing half hour today....the kids club was in a dark dingy room at the back of the hotel with a couple of tables and a small TV in there, safe to say my daughter didn't want to go back for the rest of the week. I can't comment on the evening entertainment because we ended up going out most evenings either into Hisaronu or Olu Deniz. If you are looking for a cheap family getaway and aren't too bothered about the standard of food/drinks then this is the place for you. Everyone else should avoid. The positives about this hotel is that it had a decent size pool and the bedroom was cleaned daily and new towels were provided. It also has a lovely team working in the spa, they made our holiday and we had a fantastic Turkish bath and massage. I also had an extra massage the day before we left to relieve my bad neck/back from the awful bed we'd slept on all week. Luckily, we had a lovely holiday overall due to our experiences outside of the hotel. Loved Ovacik and Olu Deniz, unfortunately, we did not love AES club and will choose more wisely in the future.

This is our second visit to the AES Club because as you will read we enjoyed our visit last year 2023. Unfortunately this year (we leave tomorrow 15 May) the hotel, the staff, entertainment team and bar staff were all great, the hotel was clean and the rooms serviced daily but it’s been very badly let down by the RUBBISH CHEAP QUALITY of food, as well as having exactly the same choice of food every day is totally unacceptable, there appears to be a change in head chef and it shows, we ate out, like many others most days which isn’t what we expected as we had to pay approximately £50 for a meal a day for two, so we had to spend about £700 extra just for quality food, but if you like french fried chips for breakfast, lunch and dinner this is the hotel for you! We are not the only people complaining about the food because of the lack of quality and there was no variety, as there was last year, others visited last year too and remember the good food, like chicken curry, beef stew without loads of veg, mashed potatoes, carbonara pasta, cheese and potato pie which wouldn’t cost a lot to produce, also a decent moussaka wouldn’t be hard to make instead of the crap thrown together item we found which would not be called moussaka, so if you like the same foods every day then this is the hotel for you!!!! Unless the food gets much better m, we as well as many others who have been coming for many years won’t be returning to the AES club Ovacik. Think carefully if your going to book here, be prepared to eat out and bring enough money to eat out too Sorry AES Club, but your standards have gone down drastically from out last holiday in May 2023 which is a shame as your staff are so friendly, your hotel is nice, clean and welcoming, all the spa team with Nil and her sister Nas making the bookings are wonderful also Opo, Ozzie and the entertainment team work hard as do the bar staff, if your looking for a “special” delicious local liquor cocktail look out for Sammy the bar man and ask him for his one of his own cocktails called the “Devils Horn”, it’s purple and delicious 😋 😋 100% goes to Sammy 😎😎😎

This is the 4th time we have stayed here, it's like coming home for us. We came with friends we met while on holiday here, we have stayed really good friends. We are booking to come again in September, this is our first visit in May and I do feel the weather was better in September in Turkey. The hotel is amazing, the animation team are awesome, we don't have children but loved joining in with the darts and the evening entertainment was brilliant, well done to Apo, Ozzy and Cherry. The waiting staff can't help enough, rooms are cleaned every day with a great choice of food. Please ignore the negative reviews from last year, we were here then for 11 nights and had a fantastic holiday.

What a beautiful place to stay, on arrival the receptionist was so happy to see us i came here as a first holiday with my children and husband and can honestly say l'l be coming back I'm a very anxious person and travelling far isn't for me. The first day i found it do hard to relax but a few hours in Apo and Ozzy made me feel like l'd been there forever nothing was to much to ask for and our little girl has made a friend for life the girls in the spa are so lovely every morning greeted us with a smile and the most welcoming hello, the staff in the restaurant are so friendly and very keen to keep our autistic son so entertained so we could enjoy our meal, the night time entertainment was absolutely amazing ! couldn't help but get up and dance, the hotel manager is doing an awesome job in running this wonderful hotel his staff are an absolute pleasure to be around, I also want to mention the two cleaners who cleaned our room every day and always left beautiful towel arrangements on our bed. Thankyou so much we appreciate you all so much

Really good little hotel. Very clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was slightly repetitive, but tasted good and a decent amount of choice. Entertainers first rate so special shout out to Ozzy and Abdullah. They made our final night..."Are you not entertained?"

Be careful with this hotel! Can't wait to go home... Our holiday has been ruined!!! Family of three, squeezed into a small room!!! 17 year old sleeping on a camp bed which wasn't what we expected! Anyway despite this we didn't let this get us down... and tried to enjoy it! For three days, we had to share a towel, I called reception three times for towels, which they promised me we would get, we got them on the third day! After nagging for them! And begging! Then, today they call us up, and tell us that we need to pay a charge for an extra dirty towel!!! Which made us extremely angry! Very cheeky, particularly after leaving us without towels for days!!! So we had to share a towel! Several families staying at the hotel said they've had the same problem with towels!! One lady had been waiting for towels for 6 days. The reception staff are rude!!! Just be careful! Don't lose your key card, mark any towels or bedding etc, or you'll be charged! Best thing about this hotel is the food, bar staff are very nice.. and rooms are clean. Cleaner does a fab job. The chefs and kitchen staff work extremely hard - most staff are overworked to be honest - always running around. Chefs are dripping with sweat while they cook on the open stove, they work so so hard! Tables are always quickly cleaned, but tables and sun beds are always dirty, cups left around, spillages in many places, including drinks machines, the hotel could do with a good deep clean! But they need more staff! Drinks are not so good, but it's always the same in any all inclusive, better to buy your own spirit, that's what we did. Almost impossible to get a sunbed after 8, towels are placed on sun beds, due to this we spent most days outside of the hotel. Same at night, no where to sit Eggy smell around the pool, next to the stage. WiFi hardly works - we weren't too bothered about this... CHARGE of 20 pounds for beach towels, this is refundable, 20 charge if you lose the key card! We are not picky people, but there were just too many negatives. Overall, I'd rate this hotel 2* due to the charges, dirty areas, and decor; however, the food is a 3*, massage 5* would highly recommend that!

My partner and I have recently returned from a 7 day stay at AES Club hotel. We booked this holiday fairly last minute for a great price and were aware of some of the negative reviews before visiting. Therefore, we weren't expecting a lot from our stay. But we have to say, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff were really friendly on arrival and showed us to our room, which was more spacious that we had predicted, was clean, modern and had all of the necessary appliances. The hotel provided us with 3, sometimes 4, bottles of water per day which were really handy to take down to the pool with us. The pool area was always sufficiently clean and tidy for us. Sometimes there were a lot of wasps where there were spillages of sugary and fizzy drinks, which is to be expected and unavoidable when drinking these types of drinks at the poolside with children around also. My partner and I often chose to relax on the sun loungers on the sun terrace where we were away from the wasps and had a bit more peace and quiet. The music from the stage was not too loud and we were really able to relax and enjoy our time by the pool. Our complaint in regards to the pool would be the sun parasols. These are old, a lot of them broken and not fit for purpose. There also was not enough of them. A sun parasol was essential for us due to the high temperatures whilst we were out there, so it would have been nice not to have to scout out a parasol early in the morning for the day due to limited availability. The bar staff were brilliant and work so hard, along with the staff working in the restaurant. The food was fantastic, and always tasted lovely. The options at breakfast were fairly limited, particularly if you do not eat eggs, though there was always something to have. The food at lunch did get a little repetitive as the days went on, but this is to be expected with an all-inclusive hotel. The hot food is freshly cooked in front of you and is regularly topped up. The entertainment team were great, and whilst we did not take part in the pool games or evening entertainment, they were great at getting people involved and the guests that did get involved looked to be having a brilliant time. The hotel is in a great location and there are lots of shops nearby. The hotel, and TUI rep that is in the hotel most days, are happy to give recommendations on day trips or places to visit whilst you are there. Overall, we were really happy with our stay considering what we had paid, and would recommend to anyone who wants an above-basic, but less-than luxurious all-inclusive holiday.
