Yel Holiday Resort

This is our 7th visit to yel hotel and it always amazes me how each year its better then previous year .... All The staff are outstanding all welcoming and friendly and go out there way to make your Holiday great The maids work so hard keeping your room clean with fresh towels clean bedding and water every day . The restaurant staff and bar staff are always so kind greeting you with the biggest of smiles and always so happy to serve you .. The entertainment team gadget and gizmo and the girls are so funny working so hard to get everyone involved in all the day time activities. Think water gym is my favourite especially as we could absolutely soak gizmo dont think ive ever laughed so much The evening entertainment shows are outstanding ive loved everyone of them So if anyone is looking a booking here its a definite yes from me In my opinion and own experiences here You will not be disappointed for sure . To all the Team at Yel Thank you for making our holiday perfect again we love ❤️❤️you all Rooms... The rooms are tastefully decorated very traditional turkish style Walkability .. Even with my walking difficulties I found it easy to get about . The walk round the gardens to reception i found it the easiest way . Food and drinks...The food for a 3 star is very good with plenty of choices even for the fussy eaters you can always find something delicious to eat . My favourite is all the yummy turkish cakes they are absolutely delicious

Back from our 2nd visit to Yel. Food was even better than last year in our opinion, great variety and live food stations. Sunday roast and kebabs the best! Missing the egg man at breakfast already! Bar staff super friendly, no queues for drinks and 13 hours all inclusive drinks is very good. Grounds and cleaning is spotless, views amazing. Honestly can’t fault anything! Gadget and Gizmo really make the day! We’ve had so many laughs and feel like we’ve made good friends. They are so inclusive and we hope they are there next year as we can’t wait to come back. Serious holiday blues today - this really is our happy place! Thank you to all the staff and management

Just returned from YEL rm 545/543 we spent 2 weeks there. Would I return possibly if we wasn’t on the top floor , there is no lifts so wouldn’t recommend for people with walking issues , so the food is limited variety BUT was hot fresh and tasty.,fresh pancakes omelette etc every morning was hot and plenty of toppings and lunchtime freshly cooked burgers were a favourite with my family, the chefs and most of the staff were friendly.The rooms are quite basic but good standard, what do you expect from a 3 star ! Our only complaint was no kettle etc in our room.The shower & air con was fab! The cleaners were friendly hard working and cleaned our rooms brilliantly! We didn’t spend much time at hotel as there was more family & friends in different hotels .The cleanliness of the overall hotel was fantastic. Hisaronu & Oludeniz is a quick taxi ride £5/6 and came with minutes or a Dolmus which works out cheaper depending on size of family. The pool was always clean and the pool area was constantly cleaned by staff!the entertainment team were friendly and what we liked was when u said no to an activity they left you alone not like other hotels

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff. Great selection of food everyday, omelette station at breakfast time. Sunday Roast with Yorkshire Pudding and Gravy. Rooms are basic but clean and cleaned every day. Air Con is included and it’s well worth having. Entertainment team are just amazing, Gadget and Gizmo are Turkey’s version of Hail & Pace/ Two Ronnies. Entertainment 6 days a week, pool games and darts. They really make the hotel atmosphere amazing.

Visited as a family of 4, including 2 older teenagers late August, and all had a fantastic holiday! We had a family room and small double. The family room was on top floor and was huge and spotlessly clean, only slight downside was the teeny balcony, not big enough for even one 1 person to sit on. Small double room downstairs also very clean and had small terrace. Really impressed with rooms overall considering price range/expectations. You do need to be up early for sunbeds, (around 7-8) but the pool guy will help you find some if you go later. And lovely friendly chilled place to spend the day. Games and water sports throughout which everyone was invited to join in. Food was great! Especially the freshly made omelettes and pancakes at breakfast, and the made to order post-lunch snacks of delicious pizza’s, burgers, baked potatoes, burgers, chips etc. were so tasty too. Dinner was huge delicious selection of salads, soups, breads and deserts, and 8 hot choices, offering things such as Turkish stews, moussaka, meatballs, curries, rice, pasta, chips - all regularly replenished and of a very high standard. Sunday is a Sunday dinner - not my first choice when in Turkey, haha but actually very tasty. Restaurant, bar and kitchen staff/chefs all incredibly friendly and hardworking. Whole place is always incredibly clean. Entertainment team very friendly and approachable too, without being irritating or persistent. Evening entertainment surprisingly good! Really enjoyed the few acts we saw. Lots of cats and tortoises wandering around, which we LOVED! Had read some comments re favouritism for return guests, but we saw no sign of that at all, everyone was equally warmly welcomed and appreciated. Overall a brilliant, great value hotel which I’d highly recommend.

It was our first time visiting this hotel me my husband and our little boy. The hotel was smaller than what we are used too but this was better because it never felt overcrowded! Safe for your room was £20 for 11days (bargain!) rooms very small but nice and clean and did the job, we asked if we could have a bed put in for our son and this was brought to us pretty much straight away by the gentleman who brings your bags to the room. AC in the bedroom was amazing, however if you didn’t understand the settings you either got too hot or too cold haha! A very friendly hotel all the staff were amazing and worked hard especially the bar staff who were incredible! I wouldn’t recommend the bar in reception as you have to wait for someone to come and serve you and even then my husband had to wait half an hour for a pina colada which did not taste like a pina colada at all just tasted like a glass of milk, the gentleman at the pool bar would make you whatever you wanted and always remembered your order! Restaurant staff were quite pushy and we didn’t like them taking our plates before we had even finished our mouthful of food, I asked for cutlery one evening and was told cutlery finished even though the restaurant was open till 9pm and this was around 8pm, we mentioned this to the restaurant manager and he was fantastic nothing was a problem and he resolved everything within seconds as we were also asked how long we were going to be so they could move our table whilst still eating. Entertainment for us in the evening wasn’t the best could be better, gadget and gizmo were fantastic guys however only seemed to make more of an effort with people who joined in every single game or returning holiday makers which was a shame. Water slide was a bit slow and my son slipped on the stairs due to it being so slippy, it could be manned better as sometimes there was a member of staff at the top and other times there wasn’t which resulted in lots of children pushing one another or too many going at one time and people throwing themselves down it which we didn’t find very safe. Kids club my son loved and the lady was amazing with the children. Food lovely however if you are there longer than a week it gets repetitive and there wasn’t much for a child (mine is very fussy and lived off pasta rice and chips) snack menu was better than lunch on some days, staff who make the lunch and breakfast omelettes are amazing and polite. There was never a problem with sunbeds even though people put their towels down early in the morning you could still always get a sunbed from the gentlemen who were working around the pool. It was such a friendly hotel everyone got on with one another was chatty and all the children enjoyed each others toys and inflatables which was nice for them. You can catch a taxi/ bus very easy from the hotel to Hisarönü where it’s very cheap shops and restaurants. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would visit again if the price is right ;)
